We had an absolutely wonderful experience at LemonGrass by Sip SaamThai!

As a family that follows Jainism, finding restaurants that truly understand and accommodate no onion, no garlic requests can be challenging—but this place exceeded our expectations. The team was incredibly considerate and went above and beyond to customize our food exactly the way we needed, without compromising on taste.

A special shoutout to our server, Tida, who was exceptional. She was so patient, attentive, and genuinely caring—especially while helping us navigate the kids’ menu and adjusting spice levels to suit everyone. She made us feel heard and comfortable throughout the entire experience.

It’s rare to find such thoughtful service paired with delicious food. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Thai food and even better hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I liked the pad thai(tofu) spice level 10 .. little bit spicy for me but bearable as i mixed with cashew chicken gravy also the pineapple fried rice is avg(just like sweet version of mandi rice) btw i don’t eat chicken…it is a nice meal but they are spicy or too sweet…

Food is really good. Good atmosphere and decent ambience. Service would be much better if there are more than 2 people who do all the serving, taking the order, initial check-in, checkout, clearing the plates etc. especially when the house is full.

It has a lovely atmosphere. The Tom Kha, tea and mango sticky rice are delicious and I rated them a 4. The curries were not to my friends liking so we averaged the food out to a 3.

We have been regularly visiting this restaurant for the last couple of years and have always loved the quality and variety of vegan food. However during our last visit, the service was very unpleasant. The waitress sounded rude and was impatient with us. It felt very unwelcoming. Extremely disappointed with the attitude shown. Please treat all your customers with respect.
