Can’t recommend enough!!! Libby’s lunchbox catered our corporate event, and it was absolutely delicious! Liberty created a custom menu for our event, and went above and beyond for us to give us a great experience. Her sliders and Mac n cheese got a ton of complements from our guests. Plus, Liberty is just a sweetheart and a joy to work with. We hope to have them at another event soon!
The best burger I have had in a long time! All of the veggies were crisp, fresh and flavorful. The bun was delicious! Fries were seasoned perfectly. Overall, an excellent lunch! Crazy to come to a car dealership for lunch, but I will be back!

Stopped in to check out this new food truck near my workplace and I'm impressed from the presentation and the food quality from Libby's Lunchbox. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was the right ratio for myself and the pickled jalapeno is definitely a game changer for myself. Highly recommend this along with the pineapple cake for dessert. We'll definitely will be making more stops at this place soon.

I ordered the Shane’s bowl because it has steak, shrimp and quinoa. All the ingredients taste really fresh and the steak was also juicy and tender. The Shrimp was cooked perfectly (not dry). They also sprinkled a little bit of Cajun seasoning on the shrimp which gave it a really good smell and flavors. The entire bowl is a good mixture of flavors and balanced portions. The food came out right off the grill and served hot to you. Customer service is superb. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming here.
