We visited this place based on reviews.. we asked for a mango smoothie instead we got a mango slushy…disappointing…

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I have tried 8 other Boba stores in the Cedar Park/Austin Area and this one takes the cake! The women who work there are incredible! They are so friendly and welcoming to everyone that walks in. I’ve been back three times since then to try the wide variety of flavors they offer and everything is amazing. I have absolutely no complaints! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

My friend had asked what sizes they have available (not on display, or explicitly stated anywhere since the tv menus were down) and the younger lady just stared at my friend and didn’t answer. Thai milk tea was super watered down, didn’t taste very good and felt pricier than normal places. Very rude, not great tea. :/

this is a good place with very reasonable prices and enjoyable drinks. as far as boba tea goes, it’s not remarkable but it is done well. boba is the perfect texture and has the brown sugar/molasses taste. the drinks themselves delivered on their flavor. i did ask for 25% sugar and as i recognize they use a jam in the honey yuzu, i wish i could have gotten a warning that it would still be sweet.the only reason it’s four stars and not five is that it’s not anything new. i don’t see myself ranking this shop above others in the area since it’s somewhat average. the ladies working there were nice, and they definitely are working with a small space and making it as comfortable as they can with what they have. i hope this shop can make a name for itself with some signature drinks, or update the menu to make it more appealing. as far as prices go, these are the best i’ve seen in the area, so if youre looking for good prices and good drinks, i’d recommend long tea.

The fresh fruit teas are perfect. Butterfly pea tea is gorgeous and yummy. 10/10

*Poor Customer Service*The two ladies working here seem nice. Once about 3 weeks ago I came in and they got my order wrong and the younger working lady had the audacity to give me a very bad attitude even though we come for drinks regularly so I was shocked by her poor attitude (I assume her true colors showed) they have a fake kindness about them until you show them their own mistake. Secondly - they lied to my daughter saying they did not have a restroom when I've used ot plenty- then when I walked in and asked why they said they don't have a restroom they just refused to allow the use of their restroom only because they are going out of town and didn't want to clean it again DURING BUSINESS HOURS! Lol, seriously not okay to lie. No one is painting your walls. Just a quick use and that's it. Drinks are good but the service is sorry.

Cute and clean shop. Would be more pleasant if the music wasn’t as loud. I ordered a jasmine green milk tea with boba and rainbow jelly. Honestly I wish it had more tea flavor. Boba had a great brown sugar flavor and was cooked well. Rainbow jellies were good. Nothing to die for, but I would come here again to try more drinks.

This is the best bubble drink place I have found so far in Austin! The flavor of the basic Milk Tea is well balance and the boba (or pearls) are just the right firmness. My favorite is the Oolong Milk Tea, I can actually taste the tea with the milk blended pleasantly for every sip.

Had the wintermelon milk tea with boba and it was so good, probably the best in Austin! I’ve had a lot of boba and I have to say, Long Tea has perfect boba (the topping) - amazing flavor and texture/firmness/chewiness. Definitely my new go to spot for boba tea.
