Worst experience and an unprofessional cashier and service. I visited today and ordered lunch to carry out. While it might take some time, I went to drop off my family at Michael’s and came back, I heard the cashier saying that my order was cancelled because I drove off from the store … seriously ???? Do I have to take her permission ???? Very weird… the food was OK but the staff horrible.

Price has increased by 40% and the quantity decreased by the same within the last 6 months. Lunch specials are $10 now and the quantity cut by almost half. My lonely star goes for the taste and the good people working there which fortunately has not changed.

The food tasted fine but the portions are ridiculously small. Got 3 entree and some egg rolls and wantons costed $75 and all 4 members of fam had just enough for a tiny portion. Not what I’m used to with Asian food

Super friendly & super tasty, we are super crazy about Mama Fu's. I love those places that do good food fast, not fast food, and with that, Mama Fu's is at the top of the food chain. One of the few places I can take my construction crew for lunch and not break the bank. 10/10.

Just don’t make Mongolian Beef!!This is my 2nd time coming to this place. The first time I had fried rice which was different but good. This time I ordered Mongolian Beef and it was the worst version I have ever had! The rice was still crunchy and I can’t even explain the beef! I know all Mongolian Beef does not taste the same but this was the worst. Take Mongolian Beef off of your menu please!!!

Nasty. Should’ve known as we were the only people there on a Tuesday night. It was all bad. My husband’s egg drop soup looked like dirty dish water. Pot stickers were literally cold when “steamed.” Food was so bland and poor quality. You can definitely tell it’s all just premixed sitting in a cooler waiting to be warmed up. Not worth the money.

I usually love Mama Fu's. Their food is delicious. But lately they are always very understaffed (1-3 people running the whole store) and food quality, order accuracy, and customer service are greatly suffering because of it. Overworked and overwhelmed employees can't handle it.Today I had to wait over 20 mins for my orders, only to get home and realize that 2 of the 3 orders were wrong. I'm furious and not going back anymore.

Ordered a Egg Drop Soup because I was having a craving for it, they filled the bowl less than half way. When I asked the worker if it could be filled up all the way, they were kind enough to let me know that the amount I received is correct and if I wanted more I would have to order 2 portion because they only offer the one size. $3.49 ($3.78 after tax) for what could best be described as a very small portion of some of the worst Egg Drop Soup I've had lately. Tasted like store bought soup if you added too much water. Very disappointed.

The food is very salty, not enjoyable at all. I ordered the Mongolian beef in case y'all wonder. The service was great "A+" amazing! But the food rating would be a "D-". I love Mama Fu's usually visit them at the Triangle in Austin often. The Cedar Park location not good, needs major improvement. I truly believe this location can turn things around with some help. #BestOfLuck
