Our first visit was amazing!! The staff was super friendly, the food was even better!! As we were leaving, I could walk past the huge strawberries in the sorbetto. And on top of that, The owner/manager gave us our desert for free. First time visitors!!’ Definitely not the last!!

Went to the Cedar Park location and had a great experience! The food was brought out quickly & was delicious. The manager even came to check on us after receiving our food and brought us a dessert too since it was our first visit here. Hospitality was superb and we’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I enjoy going to Mandola's about once a quarter. The food is good and consistent. But, we always leave there thinking for the price we should have had table service. The prices are a little high for what you get. We come more offten if the pricing was better.

You’ll never get bread again. Constantly having this issue when coming to this location. Tonight we asked not one BUT TWO staff members for more bread and oil and NEITHER ever came back. Never sit in the side room, you will see staff once in a blue moon.

Great food. Only complaint is they are very stingy on thier red sauces for some reason. So expect to need to order extra sides for $2 of sauce.

Great for family's with the park right outside for kids to play. Food was goodand it's pretty much order at the counter, grab your drink and food is brought out to you. Do not forget to stop at the dessert counter. Fantastic choices. Don't look if you're not interested if you do you'll get something.

Usually good, today the bread was hard on top, the eggplant parm had too much cheese which was glue-like. Honestly I have no idea why, but it was not good today! Disappointing.

Go during the week btw 1-3.

Kid-friendliness: Crowded with families on Friday. Hard to get seats, long line to order so the kids were impatient. But, large playground

Maybe I'm being too critical about this place, I wasn't impressed on several things, I'm not saying that the food was bad or the place was dirty, we had 5 people in our party, you walk up to the counter to order then find your own seat/table, 3 chicken fettuccine, 2 spaghetti orders, 1 garlic bread and 5 fountain drinks, over $130.00, looking at the screen I was kind of surprised, seemed bit much, and then the "tip" options shows up and, lowest option 18% is $25.00 !, I did not tip anywhere close to that, when he simply took my order as similar to a McDonald's cashier, you seat yourself, fill your own drinks, and they bring the food to your table as similar to a McDonald's order, once the food is dropped off, no follow up service, refill your own drinks. The food was "ok" , spaghetti sauce was watery, and portions seemed small. Again nothing was terrible, just sharing my visit.

The food is okay. All the gelato flavors are bad and/or bland.

Overpriced food, much of it lacks taste, flavor or quality also. It just feels a bit like Olive Garden which is to say neither is very good. The restaurant has a nice patio and atmosphere though. I wish they would put a Crust Pizza in Austin they have great food and reasonable prices.

The one thing I enjoyed about this restaurant was the set up. The Austin area doesn’t have enough family restaurants. Restaurants where the adults can relax, and the children can play. The playground is clean as well as the area around the playground. It was great! Now onto my experience with the food. This is my nieces favorite restaurant. So naturally, she would want to eat here for her birthday. Imagine bringing a group of family and close friends with you to dine, and this visit is terrible. Her food was ordered first, we also asked that her food come out first. Yet somehow her food never came. It came once we were ready to leave. That was after we informed the staff it never came. My food wasn’t good enough to wait that long. Most of the food tastes as if it came from the freezer even the salad had a taste, as if it was sitting. I’ve never been a fan of lots of frozen food. Thanks but no thanks.
