Mandolas is a wonderful restaurant. I love going in on Thursday. That's the day they have Cannelloni Florentina. It is delicious. Thin sheets of pasta stuffed with braised chicken, spinach, Romano & Fontina cheeses, baked in a became sauce with a touch of marinara. I pair it with a Mista salad. Nice mix of greens, olives, a bit of celery and a wonderful house dressing oils, herbs and cheese. Yum! The wait staff are friendly and attentive. They are the only restaurant...
Met friends from NY there. The manager Jeffrey Dexter was outstanding. He made us feel like family. The food was delicious and came out very quickly. For me the most exciting part was they had gluten free pasta and it is the first restaurant I ever went to That had gluten free bread for dipping in seasoned olive oil.
