Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This place offers a wide variety of toppings. I especially liked the fresh fruit, it was delicious! Highly recommend it.

EXPENSIVE! Yikes! We each got small portions, no big deal. Yet is was equal to several containers of real Blue Bell ice cream! And then was it tasty? Actually no. Not terrible but not what I was hoping for.

The good: the kids working there are very friendly. The atmosphere was loud, very loud. Couldn't even really talk, had to raise voices in order to hear. But at least the place was somewhat clean. Not spotless but OK, I guess.

Probably won't be back. The prices are just plain too high. Immediately next door is a smoothie shop. For similar prices, I'd rather have a healthy smoothie.

I had a wonderful experience tonight at Menchie’s! I absolutely love the Monday night fill ups weekly for me and my family to spend time together at an affordable price. Although it was busy, the store was clean and all the flavors were readily available. The employee who helped me was named Emelia. She was so sweet and answered all my questions about allergens and provided me with samples for any flavors I wanted to try. I look forward to coming back again, keep up the amazing job!

Every other time I’ve come here the customer service has honestly been terrible. Tonight was the first time I had a great interaction. Maria helped us and she was so kind and helpful to my son and I. Thank you Maria!

The flavors are great but every time I go in there it is DIRTY. There is trash and cookies, napkins and toppings on the ground. 3 young girls behind the register, which one was on the phone, one was just standing around and the third one who checked us out. When I asked if they happen to have a broom here because the floor has trash all over I get a snippy answer that this will be done at the end of the shift. I will never go there again. At the end it’s a food place and they need to be clean

I came in for the first time a couple days ago and I will be back! I was surprised by the variety of flavors and toppings they had and personally loved the spiced gingerbread. Jennifer made me feel right at home and explained everything to me in detail, I love that she didn’t rush me even though there were other people behind me. The store was very clean and the staff was welcoming. 10/10 recommend

I recently visited Menchie’s in Cedar Park Lakeline area and was extremely disappointed with my experience. While they do offer a nice variety of flavors and topping options, the service was severely lacking. The Friday evening staff was made up of (assumingely) teenager. Not a single one were doing anything to help customers. The two young women at the registers were making fun of people and giggling. All in all the staff were incredibly rude, immature, and lazy. Their snide remarks and lack of professionalism made the visit unpleasant. When offered a lid and spoons, the one girl just shoved them to me. Not even offering to put the lide on for me or offer napkins as my hands were clearly full as I paid with the limited space there was available. I expected better service and a more welcoming atmosphere. I frequent the shopping center this is located in. Ironically so I have actually noticed it’s not as busy as it’s been over the years. Now I know why. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

Note to management. Hire more mature and friend staff. If need to be teenagers have an ADULT on shift to supervise.

Just horrible and this was the last straw.. I visited this location this evening after having mouth surgery, this is the only thing I am able to eat now mind you I have visited this location a few times in the past and a lot of their flavors are usually out.. but I needed something in my stomach so I visited this location this evening and it was horrific. There was eight flavors of yogurt that were not even available. The cashiers were horribly rude and I don’t understand why the inconsistency with a company.. this company should do better and know better why be open when there’s nothing available for anyone to purchase. The yogurts were all out and the one that actually worked that I chose was almost watery. The store was not very clean .. It’s like someone is asleep at the switch in this company and I don’t understand it. Sadly, you lost a customer I will never return.

Extremely rude staff, gave us dirty looks and just poor service overall. We felt very unwelcomed, we came in around 8:30 before the store even closed Today and were only in the store for about 5-10 minutes because we felt very rushed. Lastly is there no dresscode?? Spandex booty shorts and uggs seems very inappropriate for workplace attire.

Came here on 10/06/24, slightly busy. It was disappointing that every table was dirty as well as most of the chairs; and the area for toppings was very messy as well. Noticed the girls working were just talking amongst themselves instead of trying to clean. The floors were disgusting and sticky.

Bob Elmer owns & operates three local Menchie’s franchise locations and I can’t grade them highly enough! From the cleanliness of the stores to the friendliness of the employees to the experiential standard of excellence held up by Bob himself, he’s doing things right.

I’m familiar with the myriad challenges that come with running a business, so it speaks loudly that Bob has managed to tackle those obstacles head on while also remaining a devoted husband and dad. ??

I’ve been a frequent customer of our local Menchie’s stores (Cedar Park + NW Austin) since 2016 and will remain one as long as I live in the area.
