I had a wonderful experience tonight at Menchie’s! I absolutely love the Monday night fill ups weekly for me and my family to spend time together at an affordable price. Although it was busy, the store was clean and all the flavors were readily available. The employee who helped me was named Emelia. She was so sweet and answered all my questions about allergens and provided me with samples for any flavors I wanted to try. I look forward to coming back again, keep up the amazing...
Every other time I’ve come here the customer service has honestly been terrible. Tonight was the first time I had a great interaction. Maria helped us and she was so kind and helpful to my son and I. Thank you Maria!

The good: the kids working there are very friendly. The atmosphere was loud, very loud. Couldn't even really talk, had to raise voices in order to hear. But at least the place was somewhat clean. Not spotless but OK, I guess.
