Hello Mirchi Grill Restaurant,

I recently ordered two goat biryanis on November 13 at 6:50 pm. I wanted to share some feedback regarding this experience, particularly because I’ve enjoyed your biryani in the past.

Firstly, I was curious about when this biryani was prepared, as it didn’t taste freshly made. Also, I noticed a lack of meat in the dishes – I only received three pieces across both orders, which was quite disappointing. I’ve attached a picture for reference; it’s difficult to even spot a piece in there.

Just a few weeks ago, I ordered from your restaurant and the biryani was outstanding. However, this time, it was far from that experience. I hope you can maintain consistency in quality, as that’s what keeps customers like me coming back.

If you need further details on this order, I’m happy to provide them.

Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration.

First time eating from here, I ordered the Tawa Gosht (boneless goat with rice) with mild seasoning. It is my first time eating goat, it is tender and flavorful. It reminds me of slow cooked beef. They gave me a generous portion, but it cost over $20, so your opinion may be swayed by your budget. Sam served my food and went into the details with me, and he was very professional and hospitable. I like the location and the atmosphere; very laid back and peaceful.

Mirchi Restaurant: A Flavorful Find in Cedar Park
Mirchi Restaurant in Cedar Park has truly surprised me with its transformation. I've been searching for a while in Austin and the surrounding areas for authentic, flavorful fish, and Kabali polao I've finally found them here.
The grilled fish is a standout, cooked to perfection. It's tender, flaky, and bursting with flavor. The Kabali polao, especially the lamp shamp, is equally impressive. The meat is tender and juicy, and the rice is perfectly cooked.
If you're looking for a taste of authentic cuisine, I highly recommend giving Mirchi Restaurant a try.

This place is not that good in terms of good tasting Indian/Pakistani food. The quality just seems way off for what you are paying. You have been duly warned - Go elsewhere.

The gentleman that helped us was very nice and polite. The menu has no pictures, no descriptions of the items, and due to the language barrier when we asked for clarification, we did not get correct information. My husband ordered the meat kebab and it was a mincemeat that was way overcooked and very dry. I ordered the lamb chops, which were clearly boiled before with a lot of tomato sauce on them and had not been actually grilled. The entrées do not come with any sides as well, which is disappointing when you spend $25 for an entrée. It also took a very long time to get to very basic items with some bread. This place is not what it used to be. We will not be back.

I went there by 9:40 pm and Resturant closes at 11 pm. The person ( may be a college student ) said they can’t take dining orders. Earlier I was there are at 10:30 pm and they were ready to serve. Drove few miles to get there, but disappointed. When owner is not around, they don’t know how to attract customers. Please stick to what time you have promised. Drove to kuppanna, what a nice service and welcoming.

This used to be a good place for kebab but quality is very poor now! Place is under renovation so ordered chicken biriyani and seekh kebab both were very bad. Biriyani had no flavor just colorful rice, chicken pieces were bad and kebab was so overcooked and hard! Never again

I'm unsure about the type of person we spoke with on the phone. We called to inquire about their chole bhature and the number of servings available, but they had difficulty understanding us. Please ensure that staff are capable of answering questions and taking orders efficiently. This was today 09/02/2024 @15:15.

Online menu does not match the restaurant menu. The do not check for online ordering so will be late unless you call ahead to notify them. They do not want to honor what you ordered.
