First time trying Nervous Charlie’s, and I’m blown away. The bagels are unbelievably fresh, soft yet perfectly chewy, and packed with flavor—easily some of the best I’ve ever had. And the crumb cake? Absolutely incredible—moist, buttery, and the perfect sweet finish. Everything tasted homemade and high quality. This place is an absolute gem, and I’ll definitely be back.

I’m a big fan of New York bagels, and make it a point to stop in the city a couple times a year, this place is the best I’ve found not in NYC and I love it (until they run out of what I want!)

The bagels here are good – fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

That said, the in-store ordering experience leaves a lot to be desired. The self-serve kiosks are not very intuitive, and the menu feels limited compared to what’s available online. There's also no option to add comments or special instructions, which can be frustrating if you want to customize your order.

If you're planning to visit, I recommend ordering ahead online...
