Just had such a great visit here earlier today. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, went above and beyond when I asked if they could try and avoid onion in the chow mein for me. I did have to wait a little bit for more of the new steak and shrimp entree to finish cooking but it was well worth the wait. Everything tasted great. Great food even better customer service. Thank you team for a great lunch, I appreciate you.

I want to take time and recognize these incredible employees Yasmine and Yajana today myself and my children came to eat as you know as a parent. Sometimes your mind is overwhelmed. Before walking in the building, I accidentally threw away my key. After we finish eating, I cleaned my table and threw everything away and to my surprise. I couldn’t find my key. I looked everywhere in the car under the table on the counter. But I was unable to find it. So I asked Yasmin if she had seen it. She helped me go through the trash inside the building. Then said it could possibly be thrown away already in the dumpster. Both Yasmin and Yajana help me dig through the gross trash, looking for my key the first time we are unable to find it, so Yasmin reviewed the security footage and seen that I had thrown something away outside before and Yajana asked me if I remembered what I threw away and I remembered it was a can so we searched again through the trashcan to find a smaller bag and boom there it was my key
These two women went out of their way to help me dig through trash to find my key not only did they save me hundreds of dollars from getting a key replacement they made my day and I’m so grateful for their help thank you so much, Yazmin and yajana y’all are amazing employees, and deserve to be recognized God bless y’all

My son and I frequent this location often. Its always good and the employees are very friendly and keep it nice and clean
One day l went there The Hispanic woman who works in the Imorning has a bad attitude. I went shopping at 10:07 and she told me it's too early. I don't have anything. Wait 20 minutes if you want and they will always be open at 10:10. And she gets upset when you ask for something. Those who serve in the morning need more training or a change of job. I don't recommend this place the manager needs to talk to them

I normally like this Panda but today I paid extra for the honey walnut shrimp and they gave me four. Four whole shrimp. When I order the honey sesame chicken I get a big scoopful.
I also couldn't find any way to submit a survey for a pickup order. Nothing in my email and not enough info on the receipt to manually input it. So instead I'll leave a review.

I’ve had my share of Panda over the years, however I must say this was the worst experience. There was one vehicle waiting to order in the drive-through for almost 10 minutes with no other vehicle in front. Now for the food, very bland as if the food was sitting all day, it was nasty after taking a few bites, right into the trash. Waste of time and money. Back to eating at home.
Stay away from this location as they deserve zero stars.

For a place that serves food they definitely don't have any prepared at almost any hour of the day and when they do they give you a half scoop of whatever's prepared because they're running low and instead of giving you a portion they just short everyone. Quality has gone down hill big time.
