I had a wonderful experience at Pho Thanh Nhi with my daughter. I accidentally ordered the wrong dish, and when I explained that I meant to order something different, the staff was incredibly kind and understanding. They insisted on changing my dish without charging me for the first one. I even told them it was okay and that I could keep it, but they were so nice and still replaced it.

The food was unbelievably outstanding—so delicious, fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. The restaurant was very clean, and the service was truly beyond expectations. On top of all that, the prices were very affordable.

I really loved this place, and I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Pho Thanh Nhi to anyone looking for amazing Vietnamese food and excellent customer service.

This place is the reason you should NEVER tip on take-out until you get your food. (Actually, tipping on take-out was unheard of until a few years ago. Tips are for services rendered, by waitstaff, who recommend dishes, refill your water, and generally care for you during your meal. This is a scam. You're tipping the owners, not waitstaff.) This place has screwed up my order twice now, and this time they packed the bag so poorly that sauce was leaking out of the bag on my walk from their front door to my car, and it leaked all over my car floor, even though I carried the bag exactly as they handed it to me. The Banh Xeo was good, the beef lemongrass used very poor quality meat. This was the 4th and last time I will ever get food from Faux Thanh Nhi. And no, I didn't make a mistake with the spelling.

Americanized bland Pho soup. Go to Ho's Kitchen or Happy Wok for the correct spices in the soup.

We love a restaurant in California names DaNang but the place is as good or better. Food quality was outstanding and we ate more than we should have but couldn’t stop. We ordered fresh rolls with shrimp, crispy noodles with chicken and shrimp along with Pho to go with chicken.

Haven't been here in a while. Placed an order over the phone. The man told me it would be 20 minutes for two orders of rice and two orders of noodles. 33 minutes later my husband goes to pick it up. The lady gives him attitude and says it'll be another 20 minutes. 25 minutes later he asked about the order. She tells him it'll be another 15 minutes. I tried to call to check on the order. Phone was disconnected straight to voicemail. When my husband went in to suggest he would cancel the order coming out the front could care less. Never apologize or anything.
