Black listed. Never ordering from here again. I'm only giving it two stars for having the "courtesy" to give me a refund and a 20$ credit. Too bad I'll never use it.
Wish there was an option for no stars! I ordered my pizza at 5:07pm... 1 hour later I called to check on the status. They stated it would be another 30 minutes. Another hour went by, still no pizza. When I called to cancel my order, they transfered me to 3 different people and continuously placed me on hold. They then stated that a manager would call me back. Nothing! This is not the first time but it will definitely be the last.

Waited over 30 minutes for my pizza that was sitting on the counter now cold. Asked the employee to check on my order and the manager yelled at him because it was busy. Poor kid, it was obviously his first day. Asked for a refund and rather than asking how to change my experience from negative to positive he pretty much rushed me out of the story not having time to deal with my situation. Way to go Pizza Hut you blew it big time!
