Food was solid! Unfortunately can’t say the same about the customer service. There was an error on the order, and rather than just switching things out for the correct flavor, they just said “yeah, that’s not our fault. We can’t do anything.” (It’s a Pizza Hut, they have everything frozen in the back and can easily fix it). Would have hoped for a better experience! They also don’t have plates? Just none exist in the store?

I ordered 4 almost identical pizzas on the app. The toppings were dropped from 2 pizzas during order processing. Not only did the restaurant initially refuse to make the correct pizzas, but when they agreed to make them and charge me again, they agreed that the issue was my problem and not theirs. The pizzas were for a hungry crew of hard workers. The experience was disappointing to say the least. Do better Pizza Hut!

I'm extremely disappointed with this Pizza Hut location on Cypress Creek Road. I place and order payed online, once my husband arrived to pickup our order, he was told the order was never made, it would be over and hour before our order/pizza would be made. Unacceptable!! Unprofessional and the lack of compassion would be an understatement!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND MAKE IT MY PERSONAL AGENDY TO INFORM EVERYONE the type of service we received. It's not about giving me a credit $$ for next time order, it means IT will NEVER be a next time.... IT's GENERAL PRINCIPLE!!!

My order was supposed to be delivered at 7:21 pm and I did not get it until 8:40 pm. The pizza arrived cold and tasted old. The crust was not garlic Parmesan and was just a plain old regular crust extremely uncharacteristic of Pizza Hut. I took the time to write out instructions for delivery and the driver ignored both my calls and my texts asking if he needed help. The only way I realized where he was is I looked out my window and saw a red pizza box and a man waiting on the opposite side of the garage door on the total opposite site of the complex. I had to run outside down to the garage and ask if that was mine. He had his phone and earbuds in too!! But refused to answer my calls even though I received notice from DoorDash he was having trouble?? What kind of customer service is this? He is not supposed to even have access to the garage and I did not write that in my instructions. Overall I was extremely upset frustrated and underwhelmed by this whole experience and hope others do not have to go through what I did. Completely unacceptable and I’m pretty sure this location is not abiding by pizza hut rules because I see online people ordering Pizza Hut and my pizza looked NOTHING like what I have been seeing!!

They were slammed due to all my fellow Texans needing pizza and wings for a big football night, and it took well bout over an hour. But I tell you what brother, those wings came out juicy and smothered.
Despite a few recent negative reviews I decided to try this Pizza Hut to see what the fuss about turns out the staff was incredible and the food was delightful I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Worst pizza hut store I have ever tried. Messed up my order twice. Gave a tip of $5 for $15 order unnecessarily for this store staff assuming they would make a TASTY AFTER 1st attempt went wrong. Not going to go again here. Please stay away from this store. pizza

I came there last night on 31/OCT/24. They had ten minutes to close. I came through their entrance door. Moments later, I kept saying "hello?" No one answered to me. About two minutes later, I walked right out their door ois. Then, a Latino man came. Moments later, he was helped by a Caucasian worker. I was so upset, and left. I totally did not deserve this treatment. Unless I get an apology from the manager, I will never return to this Pizza Hut again.

This review is rather for the service I received tonight, although I have no complaints about the food!
I ordered curbside pick up. Post COVID, I never know if I’ll actually receive curbside service or have to go inside. As I pulled in, I’d say no more than 30 seconds later, my food was being handed over to me. I did not catch the young ladies name who helped me tonight, but she was very kind and lightening fast! I could barely get my car in park and she was already heading out the door with my order!
