Ordered pizza and the app read “on its way” all the way until they closed. Thanks for taking my order and then refusing to deliver dinner after a long day. Will not be ordering from your chain again!

Black listed. Never ordering from here again. I'm only giving it two stars for having the "courtesy" to give me a refund and a 20$ credit. Too bad I'll never use it.
Waited over 30 minutes for my pizza that was sitting on the counter now cold. Asked the employee to check on my order and the manager yelled at him because it was busy. Poor kid, it was obviously his first day. Asked for a refund and rather than asking how to change my experience from negative to positive he pretty much rushed me out of the story not having time to deal with my situation. Way to go Pizza Hut you blew it big time!
