Very delicious and unique assortment of different sub options that I wouldn't normally find in the average sub shop. The seating environment is good as well as the interior design of the restaurant.

I had the southwest chicken sandwich and it might have been the best sub I've ever had. It was loaded with fresh chicken and the toasted bread is amazing. The folks working there are super nice also. Thos place rocks!

I called to place an order for pick up. I was told they were OUT of bread....at a sandwich shop? He said it would be 2 hours until they make more bread. Wow that's complete B$#&@it. I guess i will go next door to Firehouse subs. I'm sure they have bread.

I like Planet Sub quite a bit. Their hot sandwiches are delicious and you can get all kinds of great add-ons to make it feel like a meal you made at home. Many sandwiches to choose from so everyone can find something they like.

I pick up sandwich from this place about once a month. The guys here are always very friend and nice. I think all the orders I have ever place ( almost exclusively online ) have been correct. The price is not high and is definitely in line with a quick sandwich. The sandwhiches always taste fresh. I defintely recommend.

Pretty sure we got food poisoning from here tonight. Daughter and I have had bad cramping and sickness since eating there for dinner.
I do not recomend this place. my husband ordered a chicken club for me. I open the sub take a bite and it had jalapenos on it. this causes me heartburn and I do not like spicy stuff. my husband had ordered another sub the experience however it was marked on his wrapper as the one he ate. I called back to see if they would replace my sub. nick the manager on duty refused to remake my sub and said that I should have checked the wrappers that it was our fault for not doing so. because the did not label them correctly and he couldn't give me a new sub or to talk to anyone else. how can this be good customer service if yall make something wrong and expect me to know when my sandwich wasn't marked. I'm saddened by this rude experience and the refusal to give me any contact to make this right.

Meh. Wasnt impressed. Seems like a place thats going to close in the next year or two. Meat in the sub was kinda dry. Place was super slow and it took a while to get my food. Not sure why its any dif from any other sub shop. Will i be going back? No. Good luck guys
