Ordered dinner from here via Uber eats. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad and did not receive the salad, just the chicken. How is that even possible?! No dressings. My partner also did not receive any dressings or extra sauces that were paid for on his order either.

Came 10 minutes after eta of online order ready time and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Pathetic.
Great experience at Pluckers! The wings were fantastic, everything came out hot and fresh, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Manager Drew especially great — very friendly and attentive, making sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I had such an amazing experience. I have never, ever been to a pluckers and received my food so fast and had the best service ever. Eric served me on the patio, and he was not only so amazing and friendly, but he was extremely kind. And attentive, this has probably been my best experience with the chain so far.Keep it up.I will be back
