I am not a big BBQ fan, BUT we went to Cedar Park Market Days and Pork Booty happened to be there. We decided to give it a try. OMG! The BEST BBQ sandwich I've ever had or imagined was available on this planet. It was so,so good. I plan to hit this place up every 3rd weekend.They changed my mind about BBQ sandwiches and I'm thankful they did!
I absolutely love the aromas, and my favorite is when they are upwind at a market! I have sadly only experienced them at one place and would love to try in a more formal setting but I love their mixed sandwiches anywhere lol. There is an intelligently made flavor profile with potato bun options and I would definitely suggest going out of your way to try if you havent!
