They encouraged me to leave a review about my experience, without warning me that I was reviewing the business and not the ordering experience itself. My order was a bit confusing on the ticket, so the staff called me to clarify my wishes, and had no trouble complying with my special request. My order took almost three hours to get to me after being prepared by the restaurant. Without me having to ask, they remade the order to ensure my food was of the best possible quality upon delivery. Five stars for Auntie Anne's and their awesome staff. Zero stars for GrubHub.“
