Great tasting and presentations food. Drinks were on the spot. The location or interior of building itself is dirty and there's a light smell from the carpet. Carpet Floors may need to be replaced. A worker or two appear like they don't like their job. Where's the motivation? I would recommend. Two out of three thumbs up 👍👍

Waited two hours for to go food just to end up with a burger that looked like it was from McDonald’s. Not the Red Robin it used to be.

Michael, one of the managers was the most hospitable and kind person I’ve met in a long time. He spoke to every patron and created heartfelt moments with every customer that was in the building. You are very lucky to have him! Our waitress was also very kind and accommodating, I wish I was able to remember her name because she was amazing too. Overall great experience and refreshing to see that customer service still exists and people are still going above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely be going back and telling friends and family to go here.

The customer service from the hostesses to the manager Mike was great. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. The manager even stopped by to check on everything.

The food at this Red Robin location is the best of any we've been to, but the highlight of our evening was our server, Derrick. His bright and humorous personality is infectious. He is dedicated to his craft and I certainly commend him for that. I know servers rely on tips, but this man deserves a raise regardless!! Overall, always a great experience here and glad to have this Red Robin in our backyard.

We have been eating at this Red Robbin for over five years and we always enjoy it! The atmosphere is casual and cozy. There burgers and steak fries are the absolute best!

Left this red robin area only because the hostess was rude about the sitting arrangements when clearly there was no one at this location. We left because being in her attitude she went around talking to her co workers about it. I will not be coming back here. Especially after speaking with management who is concerned with trying to fill seats instead of service. I cant rate the food quality. But I can tell you there is another red Robin that is fantastic 30 minutes that is definitely worth it.
