Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Left this red robin area only because the hostess was rude about the sitting arrangements when clearly there was no one at this location. We left because being in her attitude she went around talking to her co workers about it. I will not be coming back here. Especially after speaking with management who is concerned with trying to fill seats instead of service. I cant rate the food quality. But I can tell you there is another red Robin that is fantastic 30 minutes that is definitely worth it.

Their customer service - great attitude is off the charts! We were greeted by the manager again and he is just amazing!

Red Robin is always great, but we know we’re in for a fantastic experience when Darrick is our server. He is so positive, always gets our order right, never leaves our drinks empty, and is just the nicest guy. And the manager, Michael, is equally great. He stops by our table on nearly every visit to check on our experience, and he always leaves us with a smile. I’ve had some sub-par Red Robin experiences at other locations, but this location is consistently great. We always leave full, happy, and smiling!

From the moment we walked in, the experience exceeded expectations. When Alissa greeted us and asked how we were doing, we simply replied, “Hungry.” She didn’t miss a beat—took our drink order and quickly returned with our drinks and a basket of fries to hold us over while we waited.

We ordered the Red’s Double and the Pig Out Burger with fries, and everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as expected. The manager personally checked on us after the food arrived and again later, showing a genuine commitment to great service.

Alissa truly stood out. Her attentiveness, warm personality, and customer care turned a simple lunch into a memorable experience. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind—everything you’d hope for in a server. She made our day better with her professionalism and friendly demeanor.

We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Alissa!

Darrick made the experience a 5 star visit. Great attitude, highly attentive, knowledgeable, pleasant, and many more qualities. Food came out quick. We had drink refills BEFORE we needed refills and he was always checking if we needed anything else.

I feel like family when I come here. Even though I hadn't been back here in maybe 2 YYYEARRRRRS (my bad!), the manager (Michael) remembered that my son and I had NOT been here in awhile. (We need to come back more often....I remembered Michael, too!). And CJ? Our waiter?? I KNOW he has 32 teeth, because he shows ALL of them when he smiles. A+++ on food, fun, and family atmosphere. 5 stars.

Updating because it’s worth it. Mike (GM) is the best. So sweet, so friendly, so generous. Gordon Ramsey would love this dude. It’s always fast and hot here too.

Alissa is so attentive and sweet!!! She’s great at predicting customer needs and jumping ahead of them. She was so friendly and hospitable, truly professional!

Our server, Austin was amazing. Thank you Austin for the great service & jokes. Made sure to check on us multiple times and we waited not even 10 mins for food for 5. Lots of smiles on peoples faces and Mike is THE MAN! Have eaten here frequently and by far was the best experience out of any Red Robin location I have visited.

We come here every week with our family! We have fantastic service with our regular server! He even knows our order! They always get it right and get us in and out quickly even with our family of 8!

Honestly, no complaints! We went there to celebrate a birthday and they were so accommodating to our celebration even with the chaos of our combined dozen kids! The food was fast to come out, hot and yummy and the whole place (including the bathrooms) was clean and updated. Definitely a great experience for a family dinner out!

Best burgers ever! Onion rings and garlic fri s so good and hot! But the best part of our weekly burger lunch here is our waitress Alissa. She is the best waitress we have ever had anywhere! We feel like family when we come. Manager is super nice and helps out a lot. We love Red Robin!!!
