Dry, reheated fries, it really disappointed me, I have tried 2 locations of this brand and I think I had enough. 80 bucks for 2 burgers and an appetizer.

Great tasting and presentations food. Drinks were on the spot. The location or interior of building itself is dirty and there's a light smell from the carpet. Carpet Floors may need to be replaced. A worker or two appear like they don't like their job. Where's the motivation? I would recommend. Two out of three thumbs up 👍👍

Waited two hours for to go food just to end up with a burger that looked like it was from McDonald’s. Not the Red Robin it used to be.

Michael, one of the managers was the most hospitable and kind person I’ve met in a long time. He spoke to every patron and created heartfelt moments with every customer that was in the building. You are very lucky to have him! Our waitress was also very kind and accommodating, I wish I was able to remember her name because she was amazing too. Overall great experience and refreshing to see that customer service still exists and people are still going above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely be going back and telling friends and family to go here.
