We have been patrons of Rosa's for years, but no more after today. Every time we get food from the drive through something is wrong with our order. It's usually small things here and there. Today they left two of our ordered plates (a #3 and a #7) out of our bag. I asked the guy twice if this was all of it, he looked at me bewildered and said "I think so"..Sorry Rosa's. At this point I get better service and food from Taco Bell. We will not be back.

We went here for dinner on a Tuesday for their taco Tuesday special. The restaurant was pretty busy but these guys have their stuff together. We waited in line to order for maybe 3-5 minutes and our food was ready in another 5-10 minutes tops! With two drinks and the taco plate special it was $22. The tacos were pretty good too! The plate came with 3 beef tacos, rice and refried beans. They have a salsa bar if you need extra sauce or order chips. We will definitely be back for the Tuesday special again!!

We eat here A LOT. Like multiple times per week, every week. Since we work very close to this location we have a craving for the food often. This location is friendly, clean, fast and just provides an overall good experience. In the several hundred times that we have visited - I can say we have only had a minor inconvenience with something missing from our order, like once. Great staff, great service and good food.

As a native of eastern NM and west TX, Rosa's holds a special spot in my heart. You simply can't go wrong eating at the Tortilla Factory. Although I live in north Austin, I regularly visit the franchises in Cedar Park or Round Rock for breakfast when I am in those areas. A recent day of errands took me to CP, and I eagerly looked forward to breakfast at the Rosa's there. It's always clean, vibrant, quick, delicious, and a great value. On this particular visit they must have had an issue in the kitchen, because my order was taking far longer than usual (it wasn't busy at 8:20 in the morning). Other patrons who had arrived after me were served their food, and I continued to wait. My number showed on the screen, but a server said that it would be awhile before my food was ready. I didn't have time to wait, so I went to the counter to get a refund. William (Memo) promptly took care of the matter. He quickly refunded me, gave me a gift card unsolicited, and insisted that I take the food which was then ready. THAT is customer service. Thank you Rosa's for keeping the faith. You will remain my breakfast spot in the Austin area.

This place is what Taco Cabana used to be back in the 1990s before it went down hill. Good bang for your buck, great breakfast, fresh tortillas. Taco Tuesday is the best.

No way to get to their website online. All references lead to dead links. Don't know waste your customers time with an online presence if you aren't going to be available.

It was ok. I was disappointed in the tamales. There was way too much masa and very little filling.

I ordered the hard tacos with shredded chicken. They were cold and soggy. My plate had a lot of liquid beneath the tacos as if the shredded chicken was soaking in water. First and last visit.
