Salata is a clean, modern spot with a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The build-your-own salad concept is a great idea—you get to customize everything just how you like it. I had a great experience: the ingredients were super fresh, and the staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Definitely a place I’d go back to!

I pass by the spot all the time and always thought “no one can make salads as good as me it’s not worth going” but one day I tried it and I was blown away by all the delicious toppings, the vegan options, and how patient the staff were. This is my new fav spot for sure and I highly recommend it!

Was craving a good salad and this place did not disappoint. This place lets you customize your salad or wrap. The regular bowl size is huge! For the price you pay it’s well worth it. They have tons of options to add to your salad and even have vegetarian and gluten-free items. They also allow you to taste dressings if you are curious about some. The staff is super friendly and the place is clean. Inside is really bright due to the windows which is nice on a bright day. Overall I do recommend this place if you are looking for a great refreshing salad.

**EDITED 2 YEARS LATER: This store continues to have issues with missing items/ingredients. I (still) order Salata at least twice a month and today am missing utensils to eat my $27 salad with, and no croissant! NO MORE. I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE.

I really enjoy Salata and the ability to totally customize my salad. The food always feels fresh and tastes delicious. I've been enjoying Salata since this location opened. However! Their to-go orders need major improvement. Nearly every time I order online, my order is missing ingredients/items. Today was the first time I'd ordered in 2.5 months....I ordered a small salad that was delivered to my work via DoorDash. I paid $23 for a small salad (including tip & fees) - and didn't receive any dressing at all?? How do you forget to put the dressing in at a SALAD place when it's on the ticket as you are going down the requested ingredient list? It would be nice if they would incorporate some QUALITY CONTROL at the end of the line, especially on to-go items where there's no way for their customers to remedy the issue (and who pay EXTRA for the convenience of delivery!). I'm disappointed.

Lots of veggies (and fruits), salads and wraps, everything vegan clearly labeled, chickpeas and falafel as protein options, quick service. For eating there, it was served on a metal plate - nice that they avoid plastic when not needed. Updated from previous review on 2025-02-18

Disappointed in this visit. Web said large salad was $8. It's at least two bucks more. The restaurant and restroom both need to be cleaned. Behind the counter may pass a health inspection but the rest of the house needs help

Just came to Salata after I had a terrible experience at the one in Round Rock this one in Cedar Park phenomenal atmosphere phenomenal food customer service is great and Barbara the GM made our experience 1000% better from the one in Round Rock I will never go back to the one in Round Rock Cedar Park you have my business

The music is blaring so loud that you can’t relax or have a conversation. I have asked if they can turn it down and they respond with no they can’t because it’s controlled by corporate. ???
