Got my drive through order wrong - repeatedly called to resolve or get get credit back. 2 messages left by employee and never got a call. Definitely won't visit this location.

I went to this location with my young daughter, we ordered at 8:51pm and were the only people in the drive thru. I could see the order screen, we were the only order to be made. The guy handed me my drink and then walked away to start cleaning/closing down the store. It’s not even 9pm and he’s started shutting down an hour early. I sit in my car for 25 minutes before I finally realize they’ve forgotten about me, my food has been sitting there just waiting to be handed to me, and I finally honk to get their attention. Another guy comes from the back, says nothing at all but hands me my food and closes the window. I got down and asked for a receipt so that I could call and speak to someone about my experience. I called the store and of course no one answers and their voicemail has never been set up. I use schlotzsskys all the time for large orders on game days, but this situation and the lack of care has rubbed me the wrong way. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location!

We arrived at 8:35 PM, ordered our food, and were met with immediate rudeness from the cashier who didn’t greet us or show any professionalism. After receiving our food around 8:40 PM, we were told it was bagged “because we close in 11 minutes,” despite the posted closing time on the door being 10am-10pm daily (after w elect we looked it up and it stated saturdays and sundays closing at 9:00 PM but put that somewhere.) At 8:53 PM, an employee loudly yelled across the restaurant, “WE CLOSE IN 15 SECONDS,” effectively kicking us out before the actual closing time. This was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable, especially considering the sign on the door and online clearly states the restaurant is open until 9:00 PM or later. The lack of courtesy, rushed service, and blatant disrespect for both your customers and your posted hours reflect extremely poor management and customer service.

Great food but last 3 times I’ve had their cookies they’ve been undercooked.

The drive-thru took way too long (were sitting nearly 15 minutes after placing our order), but aside from that, the sandwiches were so good! Almost worth the wait😉

I ordered a deluxe original with no onions. I said it twice because the employee asked twice. My sandwich still came with onions. This isn’t the first time this store just doesn’t listen to what we order or if the do listen the just don’t care. When I called the store the girl that answered said “WE’RE CLOSED!” I said I know I was just in the drive thru and asked for no onions and there was onions on my sandwich can you make it right by giving me another tomorrow and she said these employees won’t be here… then I asked to speak to a manager and she said she’s not here. I said ok I’ll leave a review. No onions is not a small thing they make everything taste like onions…. Not happy.

Quick in and out. Nice modern clean, took my order quickly, no line at 11:50, thought it would be buzzing. Food hot, I like their soda flavor machine and chopped ice. Decor inside is colorful and modern.

Sad that the customer service here is so terrible. Food is decent for what it's worth. Woman working the drive-thru 2/7 at noon needs training badly. Did not properly get my name for my pickup order at the speakerbox, then had to wait in line just to be asked my name again then told to pull forward. 6 min. later, she came out to ask my name again, starting to tell me she didn't have my order, but then quickly saying oh its actually ready right now. Well, if u had property confirmed my name at the speakerbox, u could have been making my order while I was waiting in line. Terrible experience to order ahead and wait 3x longer than the customers before and after me for one combo meal. Oh and after all that, my sandwich was missing the jalapeños and olives I requested. . . NOT ONE APOLOGY

Soggy bread no meat I wanted to lettuce sandwich I would have asked for a letter sandwich what happened to the good service of schlotzsky's at this place shame on manager restaurant

Truly, disappointed. Had my mind set on coming to this restaurant to get something to eat. Previous experiences have been fine. This particular experience I asked for something and I got something different. There's no dressing/ mayo...on the sandwich. ?
Just onion, turkey and avocado.....

I've called numerous times their mailbox is not set up so you can't leave a message. I was not given a receipt.
This is really horrible because, how do I reference something that they messed up on?If you didn't give me a receipt?
I would like my order remade..
Turkey Club, California Pizza, Broccoli soup and garlic bread..$20... CAN GO a
long way although.......¡!!!
