Schlotzsky's

Truly, disappointed. Had my mind set on coming to this restaurant to get something to eat. Previous experiences have been fine. This particular experience I asked for something and I got something different. There's no dressing/ mayo...on the sandwich. ?
Just onion, turkey and avocado.....
Truly disappointed work a headache ¡!!
I've called numerous times their mailbox is not set up so you can't leave a message. I was not given a receipt.
This is really horrible because, how do I reference something that they messed up on?If you didn't give me a receipt?
I would like my order remade..
Turkey Club, California Pizza, Broccoli soup and garlic bread..$20... CAN GO a
long way although.......¡!!!

The bread isn’t what it used to be. It was barely toasted and hard. The meat tasted old. I will never go back. I couldn’t even finish it. Disgusting.

If I could give no stars for this place I would. We had placed an order and paid for it, but when my husband went in to pick it up, they said we had no order. They said it's probably at the other schlotzsky's. So we went down to the other schlotzsky's thinking that we had made a mistake, but there was no order there. The manager at the schlotzsky's at Whitestone and 183 mentioned that sometimes new people don't see the orders because they come in on a different computer. So we went back to the schlotzsky's on Ronald Reagan. They were so rude about the whole thing and never apologized. I do love schlotzsky's, but I will never go to this one again and I will tell anyone that I know to not go there.

Drive thru at this location takes a long time. Also the cashier could not hear me, probably because she was listening to something in her earpod ?

Not sure who is giving this location good reviews. Must be the people who have never been to another Schlotzsky’s. Their bread is absolute trash. It is not the typical Schlotzsky’s recipe. Corporate needs to come in and either fix the problem or make them change their name. Fortunately, there is a proper Schlotzsky’s just a few minutes up the road.

This Schlotzsky’s shorts you on the Ham when you order a Ham and Cheese Original. Barely any ham on the sandwich compared to other stores I’ve been eating at for years.
