Shake Shack Cedar Park

We are hard core shake shack customers for only one reason, Chris! Helpful, attentive, professional, above-and-beyond!!! I work in and am very familiar with tech. Shake shack’s digital game is up there but NOTHING CAN REPLACE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVIC like we experienced with Chris. I can totally see that it’s that awesome service-human connection that turns an appreciative eater into a shake shack evangelist. If Chris is a rep for Gen Z, we are going to be in such good hands. I brought my three girls here and am so grateful they get to experience a young person with such an extraordinary work ethic. I will bring them back again and again to see Chris’s example of honest, professional hard work!!! Please hire more people like Chris!

This is the best shake shack location I’ve been to. Paul was super kind and helpful, made us feel really welcome. You can tell he likes his job! The place was clean. And the food was delicious and super fresh. I loved everything. Definitely my fav location from now on

Food is delicious. The space was open and clean. And the staff is the highlight of this location. I spoke to two members and they were both awesome. Thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.

The outdoor game area and the indoor boardgames kept my kids entertained enough so I could have a conversation. I'll have to take some pictures next time.

The burger I received look like it shrank for $13. Disappointed with how tiny it was for the price. In and out is a better value.

Stopped by after getting some bloodwork nearby, so this was the first thing I had for the day. Haven’t had Shake Shack in a while (over a year at least) and everytime I go I’m usually never disappointed; this is time wasn’t any different. I loved the look and set up of this restaurant, very calm atmosphere. The workers were very friendly and efficient, especially Joey. Very sweet & charming young man. And the manager as well, I wasn’t able to catch her name but she was definitely a great leader from what I saw, she was attentive. Although a line had formed around me shortly after I had stood near the register, she was able to recognize that I was there first and attend to my needs. Thanks for the delicious food, my burger was cooked to perfection which is why I do not have a photo of the beauty since I ate it so fast. Definitely was worth the hour drive

Normally when I go the food is amazing. Unfortunately this time it was terrible the chicken bits I ordered were overcooked and hard to chew the burger I got was dry and the patty had no flavor and normally there burgers are juicy and full of flavor even the milkshake i got was some what milted and warm For the price I paid for the order I will not be back

Kylee is Supernatural at noticing what the patrons need and popping over to take care of it! Drink refills, questions, she was on it and so incredibly kind! We will absolutely be back! Also...try the veggie burger folks, it is DELISH!
