Shake Shack Cedar Park

Good little burger place. My weekly go-to. Service always good, but food a bit overpriced. Avoid the weekends, when it's overrun by kids and parents not watching their kids, but not the restaurant's fault. I'll continue to return.

Her work ethic is truly unbelievable — she’s extremely well-mannered, professional, and genuinely friendly. She goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, and honestly, she made my experience 10 times better than the food I originally came for.

Managers like Casey are rare — she’s a true asset to your team. Five stars all the way!

We are hard core shake shack customers for only one reason, Chris! Helpful, attentive, professional, above-and-beyond!!! I work in and am very familiar with tech. Shake shack’s digital game is up there but NOTHING CAN REPLACE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVIC like we experienced with Chris. I can totally see that it’s that awesome service-human connection that turns an appreciative eater into a shake shack evangelist. If Chris is a rep for Gen Z, we are going to be in such good hands. I brought my three girls here and am so grateful they get to experience a young person with such an extraordinary work ethic. I will bring them back again and again to see Chris’s example of honest, professional hard work!!! Please hire more people like Chris!

This is the best shake shack location I’ve been to. Paul was super kind and helpful, made us feel really welcome. You can tell he likes his job! The place was clean. And the food was delicious and super fresh. I loved everything. Definitely my fav location from now on

Food is delicious. The space was open and clean. And the staff is the highlight of this location. I spoke to two members and they were both awesome. Thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.

The outdoor game area and the indoor boardgames kept my kids entertained enough so I could have a conversation. I'll have to take some pictures next time.
