I liked the the Shroom burger, but it would have ben better with pickles.Having to get pickles separately is a total pain.

Avoid this location. Our first visit they just forgot to give us our take-out order placed in-restaurant so it just sat there getting cold until they finally realized I was waiting inside right near the counter with the number I was asked to put into the order terminal. They even told me, “it will be out any minute” when I asked after a long wait and the place was practically empty. Finally, when it was realized our order was left there to get cold I was not offered any compensation or a remake. I wasn’t about to wait another 30 minutes anyway.
Well, ignorantly I gave them another chance today. After placing my order I come to find out the terminal I used had a broken touchless pay, which is the only option to pay BTW. When I brought it to an employee’s attention the response was a shrug and “try another one.” I’m not a helpless idiot, I had already done that but wanted to inform them so they could place an out-of-order” sign or investigate to keep other patrons from wasting time. Then 20 minutes after placing my order it comes out with undercooked bacon to which the response was “it comes precooked and we just warm it up on a timer”. I get the same SmokeShack burger every time and the bacon has never looked remotely undercooked like this. The manager asked if I wanted “burnt bacon” to replace it to which I said yes but after waiting maybe another 10 minutes I decided to leave. When we went to eat our food I had soggy dough for buns and the saltiest fries that were pretty inedible. The only positive thing was the patties were actually well-done as requested instead of the usual solid pink inside.
Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten-free bun option but say their fries are not GF.
Parking: The lot is extremely small and surrounding businesses do not want you to use their parking lots.
Wheelchair accessibility: This location is not handicap friendly.

Hospitality is a lost art these days, but the Shake Shack in Cedar Park nails it every time. The staff consistently provides a warm and best in class experience I would want to support even if the food wasn’t great. Fortunately, the food is good standard as well! I don’t often find a restaurant I feel comfortable spending time at, but this Cedar Park location is my favorite spot. You can tell the team is happy, the management is leading well, and the organization is solid. So glad this place exists near me! Thank you for having me!

Food was great as always, but really leaving a review for the service! Didn’t get the young lady’s name but we went on the evening of November 3rd. She was awesome and went above and beyond to provide excellent service, Thank you!

The service alone is worth the visit! It’s not too busy so the employees were able to provide great service. Burgers were ok and they too a while to come out.

The food is terrible & over-priced. The only thing that was good was the salted caramel chocolate shake. There are kids working here & they are too busy goofing off in the back & not watching the food on the grill. Do yourselves a favor...stick with just shakes!

First Visit... I have to compliment the guy at the window as he was very friendly and the service was fast. I did have to pull around to the front and wait a second but for a fresh burger I'm ok with that. It didn't take long and it was right out. Now the bad.. Almost $20 for the single the fries and a little shake. I have to agree with another commenter it was the size of a Jr Burger at Whataburger... Way overpriced. They give you a nice box with everything in it for take out but sad to say it wasn't anything special. I can say I tried it if anyone would ask but it will probably be my only visit.

Paid $15 for basically a burger slider and frys, no drink.
1st time going. Didn't like that you can't realy customize too much . Burger must have been a 2 or 3oz patty. Was confused why it cost so much . I don't think I will be returning. You are paying for the customer service which was great.

Ordered 3 chicken burgers for dinner takeout, to start with SS burgers are on the smaller size compared to competitor’s on that I got 2 burger with the expected size chicken fillet with all the fixings and other one had such a small fillet that if it was any smaller, it would be a chicken bite. This was placed in burger.
The taste is different as it’s chicken breast fillet compared to chicken thigh at competition. But the burgers are inconsistent and small portion size for the cost, but the buns are fresh and amazing at SS, have to give it to them.

The staff are very kind, friendly, and accomodating. I have celiac and they try very hard to make sure my food is as safe as they can manage. However, your kiosk app isn't very intuitive and even with Vicki's (employee) help, the allergies I selected were not on my order. Vicki caught it when she delivered it and had them remake it for me. She's wonderful! Her burger earrings are cute too. My roommate said that the fries were pretty good.
Dietary restrictions: They have a separate area for preparing their gluten free burgers, you just have to let them know it's celiac/allergy. The gf buns are good too. They also have lettuce wrap as an option. The fries share a fryer with gluteny breaded items, so they are not safe.

Walked in and was greeted and had the menu and ordering system explained. Food came out perfect, in decent time. And I was checked on many times for refills. The place Is spotless also. A great dining experience.
