I really don't have anything to say about these Shipley's, But the service at the Leander Location SUCKS!!! 9:00 Saturday morning no fritters or long johns!! Really?Your Donut shop is trash!!! Maybe you need the guy who owns. the Cedar Park locations to bail you out?

As a Cedar Park local, there will always be debates regarding the best donut shop, but to me, it’s Shipley’s. I had a particularly pleasant visit recently while going through the drive thru when the owner noticed I was on a budget (paying with mostly quarters) and blessed me with nearly $10 worth of food for less than I paid. I was super grateful and plan to continue my routine visits to my local Shipley’s. Spend your money here!!!

Last time here.. never have warm donuts, today kolaches were barely warm and last week donuts tasted day old..

Michael Jordan, Lebron James, Tiger Woods, and Shipley’s on Whitestone - all names associated with greatness. These are freshest donuts in all of Texas. I drive across Austin to get these donuts twice a week. Management and customer service is impeccable. EMBRACE THE GREATNESS AND EAT AT SHIPLEY’S WHITESTONE!!!

Came in for my son and myself. They got the donut order correct and he said that they were OK. But I also ordered two kolaches… One ham and cheese and one sausage, jalapeño and cheese. When I got home and tried it, I found that there was one sausage and cheese and one which was sausage. Not at all what I ordered. The breading was dry and crusty and disgusting. Not edible at all. I can say the kolaches ended up in the trash. Do better, Shipleys

Dissappointed. Your better off going to Round Round Donuts! Plus they do Veteran discounts and you don't have to be in uniform. Thanks shipleys...but no thanks!
These are the absolute worst donuts I have ever had. I purchased 5 donuts, Blueberry cake, Boston cream, strawberry filled.
They were all TERRIBLE! worst of all was the Boston Cream. The cream tasted very spoiled, I immediately spat it out and had to throw it away.
Strawberry filled had barely any filling and it tasted like artificial strawberry.
Blueberry cake was way too sweet but also extremely dry.
To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I just wanted to explore outside RR Donuts and find some other great donut spots but my stomach was sour by the end of my tasting here.

Shipley donuts is just the best at it, I give it 4 because they need to step it up with their coffee everything is great but their coffee is just so bad. When the owner son is on site the place is just so great too he brings positive energy into the business

They always go above and beyond. One time they forgot a donut in our bag. I called them and they took care of it. Excellent customer service. We go at least 1 time a wk and will not buy donuts anywhere else. The donuts are so fresh and tasty. We appreciate such good quality for an affordable cost. We are customers for life.
