They always go above and beyond. One time they forgot a donut in our bag. I called them and they took care of it. Excellent customer service. We go at least 1 time a wk and will not buy donuts anywhere else. The donuts are so fresh and tasty. We appreciate such good quality for an affordable cost. We are customers for life.

Sorry all you Round Rock fans but Shipley's is the better classic doughnut. I used to drive across town for Shipley's but now with this new location getting my fix is even easier. Staff is always friendly and service is quick whether at the drive-thru or inside.

Shout out to Shipleys Donuts on Whitestone. Long story short... well still kinda long ish I ran out of my house in my bathrobe and some cash early Saturday morning to take my kid to LeanderHS for a band competition. On the way home I passed some construction workers on the corner of Lakeline and Cougar I thought I would brighten their day so I made a uturn and went to Shipleys to get donuts and kolaches. Here I am ordering as if I have unlimited money. After my order was bagged up I told the guy at the counter that oops- I only had 30 bucks. My order was 35. Yeah I get it it was only 5 bucks. But he told me to just take it and to come by anytime if I wanted to pay it back. what he didn't know was that he was literally paying it forward to me so that I could pay it forward to the guys. Anyway... my husband and I went to stiles for lunch and my husband went in and paid my 5 bucks. I'm not sure who the guy was but he was so so kind to me Saturday morning. I know it's such a small thing but thank you so much Shipleys!

It's very difficult to impress me and my husband with Do-Nuts. We don't like them too sweet, too dense or dry. So when we arrived in Austin, we were told that around Rock donuts were the best. We love hot glazed donuts so we ordered those and Apple fritters. The experience was beyond disappointing because all of the donuts were too sweet, too dense, and the Apple fritter was extremely dry. So we literally drove up the street to Shipley since we also heard about their hot glazed donuts. Oh my gosh! Light, fluffy, not too sweet, melt-in-your-mouth donut heaven. In fact, my husband asked me not to bring any other donuts home unless they are from Shipley. Pure awesomeness! The owner was extremely kind and "put the cherry on top" of the entire experience. Great work team!
Super friendly guy, gave me the run down of my options and at almost 1pm still a good selection. I asked about military discount and he goes typically only when in uniform and I said no worries but he still gave me veteran discount which was amazing and very kind. Definitely will come back here and the donuts were delicious.

Man. They just can't seem to get the order correct, ever.. I honestly think at this point I must be on some game show where they are testing me to see how long I will keep on returning to the store. Ok. Now good - the donuts are really good. Way better than the other big names around here. Their old fashioned donuts are the bomb.com delicious.. And for that, I will continue to return and get what I requested, sometimes.....
