Smoothies Paradise

I told the guy to not put ice for my kids smoothie and he still did sneakily.

I ordered a Mango-Pineapple smoothie (with extra mango) and have been craving another one ever since. So excited for my next one!

Just got a raspberry banana smoothie and it was so delicious omg and staff was super nice, would recommend!!!

Very very extremely rude staff

3 ladies there and they were all rude especially the one that looked like the manager

I asked for a taste of the ice cream flavors next thing one walks up to me to rudely tell me they were out of spoons even when I could clearly see spoons

She then goes to tell the manager something about me requesting for more tasting and they burst out laughing loudly

I then ask the manager if there’s a limit to how many flavors I can taste & she said 3 and I asked her why they didn’t mention it rather than treat me with so much disrespect and ridicule. She simply ignored me and didn’t apologize

I come here everytime I’m at the mall- most times it’s a gentle man that attends to me and he’s always patient but I will never come here again

I’ve had their smoothies before, and they’re pretty good. However, today I went to get a plastic cup because my other water cup from a different store was spilling. When I went to ask for one he told me that they would charge extra for the cup, and almost yelled at me to get out of his store before stopping himself halfway through. I was very taken aback and disappointed specially since when I went to the restaurant next door they gave us one with no hesitation. If you want a free cup, go to panda express instead.

I wanted to try two flavors before I purchase an ice cream. I first tried one, and then I asked if I can try another flavor, but she said they can only let customers try one flavor. But she did let my friend try two flavors without denying him. This is either racial or sexist discrimination, or both, and shouldn’t be part of their business practice.
Plus, how do they expect a customer to make a decision based on a single flavor sample? There’s no option for comparison!

Will definitely stop giving my business to this establishment.

They charge me an Extra dollar without my consent. That’s stealing and 3% fee because I paid with credit card.
The girl behind the register was so rude when I asked her why my charges were different. She told us to go away. ?

Oh my goodness, this smoothie is so delicious! I got a large strawberry banana with bee pollen and whipped cream. There is no added sugar (except maybe some in the soy milk?), but it definitely tastes sweet enough. There is just enough ice/frozen soy and coconut milk to give you a brain freeze without making it too thick to drink. The texture is smooth and creamy. Non-dairy. There is also Bluebell ice cream.

Everything about this place was enjoyable. Not only is their drinks AMAZING, but the service is great. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I could definitely see myself coming back here in the future.

Honestly the best place to get smoothie’s, milkshakes and more. My favorite drinks their I have tried is Pina Colada with strawberry popping boba and Mango Pineapple with strawberry popping boba. The most nicest workers their and amazing customer service I honestly recommend this place and such cute tops on the cups and such an amazing process!!!!???
