I went to pick up my mobile order, which I get every day, and I have never had an issue with my drink until today. The drive-thru employee working at approximately 7:25 a.m., a short, dark-haired woman, handed me a small drink even though I had ordered and paid for a venti.
When I told her that I ordered a venti, she argued with me, saying she didnāt know what size I orderedā¦ if on the drink it says what size it is then she must be newā¦..and continued trying to give me rude attitude. I explained that I always order this drink, it is always made correctly, and that I had paid for the venti size. When I showed her my mobile order confirming the size, she shut the drive-thru window in my face. A moment later, she handed me the correct venti cup, and when I said thank you, she rolled her eyes.
This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. It made an otherwise simple daily visit extremely unpleasant.

I have ordered matcha latte today and asked for couple of spoons, the lady who works there was ready to give it to me but her manager lady forgot her name starts with M intervened as said No, you canāt get a spoon if you donāt buy food here, meanwhile she was offering free matcha to her friend without a shame saying that she made too much.. after I asked her name she comes outside and tells me that thatās corporate policy not her decision.. after five minutes comes again to me and brings plastic spoons and says that she paid 2 use for those for me .. after five minutes comes outside again and talks on her phone loudly how her friend his cancer patient and she has to work instead of being there for her.. no comment Starbucksā¦ I will spend my money somewhere elseā¦

Coffee was nothing special. The ham & Swiss was dried up leftover, not fresh. The gals that work were naive and didn't care to please the customers. It's way to expensive for buying it w/out the stars and she wouldn't credit me after ringing it up. Then she wasted my time by giving me the wrong receipt & saying I have to call in & waste my gas. Hello, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks is overrated!

Went to restroom before ordering to wash my hands. When coming out of restroom and older blonde lady wearing glasses was at end of counter holding up her cell phone laughing. As I got to the counter she said I will be right with you maāam while setting her phone down and still scrolled. Then she said Natalie you have got to see this. Still not coming over to help me. Natalie, who put a lid on a cup in front of me at the coffee counter asked the other lady What do I need to do? as she walked toward her. Natalie also looked at me standing at the register. That was the last straw. I said this is ridiculous playing on your phone watching videos instead of helping customers to another employee who was working facing the dining area as I headed toward the door. At the door I held up both hands in a shrug toward a man who had appeared from the back area and said loudly I hope that video was worth it as I am leaving. Absolutely uncalled for and perhaps they donāt need to be working interacting , or not, with customers.
My Latte tasted like old burnt coffee. I get the same thing every Starbucks I visit. This was the worst

Easy access off the highwayā¦.BUT FYI ā¦pay attention on access to the drive thru. Itās in a shopping complex thatās congested at meal times (in front of chick fil a). The drive thru is at the back of the building. Try to go in front of the Starbucks and go around to the back to the drive thruā¦..or if you enter the shopping center in front of natural grocersā¦.youāll see the drive thru from there. Great service! All the goods of all the Starbucksā¦.tho they donāt have the new clover machine but will at some point. Still a great spot to get hot coffee! Great service!

Employees closed the shop well before it was supposed to be closed. Management definitely needs to review their cameras for sept 21.
