This location never gets my order correct. Ordered a venti pumpkin spice with an extra shot of espresso and it literally tastes like a hot cup of pumpkin flavored milk. The employees are nice though.

One of the servers at the 183/Anderson Mill location actually remembered my name & greeted me personally as I approached the counter... was so nice to have that extra personal touch.ade me feel welcomed and visible in this all too invisible world we live in.Food: 3/5

Ok. Get this. I go into this Starbucks to buy a mineral water. I take it out of the front cooler and placed it on the counter to check out. The liberal employee just looked at me. After about 30 seconds, I said ok are you going to scan my water. He responds, "I can't touch the water to scan it because you touched it. " I said well what do we do now? He asked me to scan it but the bar code would not scan. So he continues to look at me. At this point I'm becoming quite irritated about this small transaction becoming such a big deal. The employee finally took the water and scanned my water. Are you freaking kidding me. Hey employee if you are going to work with the public and this is an issue for you....wear gloves. I wonder if he does this to all customers? Hmm. Freakin weird. People get over yourselves in the guise of being careful. Bad business. I will never go there again. Terrible!! I called the manager at this location and she said " I always believe my employee. He's been working here for a year." Rudest employees I have ever seen operating a business.

I've had my fair share of Starbucks at various locations and it always comes down to me left with the thought, "well, I just increased my workout for the day" knowing I'm just drinking a ridiculous amount of sugar, that was ridiculously priced and I'm actually not even getting any caffeine. Whoop.Starbucks is overrated, horrible wanna be coffee in a cup. Slap a trendy logo or brand on anything and they shall follow.Wish I could think of something good to say about this place but yeahhhhhh, sorry not sorry.

I asked for a Venti Green Ice tea without sweetner. I received a Venti Green Ice Tea with sweetner and lemon. I drove off and realize the mistake when I arrive to my workplace. I called and spoke to Ester. She apologized and said I could return and they would make it right. I explained that I was already back at work. She said that next time they would fix it. The last time they got an order wrong, I was told the same thing. When I went back they had no record of it and did not fix it. The customer service at this Starbucks continues to go downhill. I go because it is convenient. It has now become a waste of money, and therefore I will drive further to the competition.

I am very sad that someone removed the stickers from the drive thru pole ? seeing them always made my morning a little brighter. But I can't leave a bad review, the staff here is kind and they make good drinks. ❤️ I just miss the stickers. Now it's just an ugly empty pole with no art

I travel for work, A LOT; this is literally the only Starbucks between downtown Austin and Georgetown that I have to ask for my drink to be remade almost every time. I don't order difficult drinks. (Today, a peach black tea. They forgot the peach. Really?!) The bonus is I'm usually met with sighs, eye rolls and/or excuses. Considering the price this place charges for a coffee/tea, we expect at the very least , WHAT WE ORDER. Nothing extra, nothing free, just what we order. Is it really that hard? Do yourself a favor and go across the highway to the Starbucks on 183/New Hope, never a problem. Starbucks on Whitestone, DO BETTER.

Staff is friendly! I was there the other day and two of the workers were very polite and friendly to me. I think one was named Alexis? Very outgoing, and didn't treat me as if I was just a customer.

Not only did we have to wait 20 minutes for half of our order, they never made the rest. When inquiring about it we finally got the second drink. Which was then disgusting. If I order a mocha cookie crumble I expect chocolate in my drink. I got a melted down cup of whip cream and a drizzle of chocolate. Why is consistency in the way drinks are made so hard?

The location is excellent and easy parking. Unfortunately, during my last visit, the staff was highly annoying, and they were very loud, which made it hard for me to work. They were joking and laughing loud right behind me even though they could see that I was working on my computer. I left and went to another coffee shop to complete my work, so I don’t think I will come here again.

Longest I’ve ever waited for a coffee order at Starbucks. I had a Lyft driver waiting for me so I had to leave without my drink. After 12 minutes of waiting, my drink still hadn’t been prepared. I think it’s because they have a busy drive thru and maybe the drive thru orders get higher priority than in-house orders. I’m not sure, but I almost missed my ride home.

I literally drive all the way from leander to this Starbucks because they are fast. Literally less than 5 minutes in the drive thru where as all the other ones I have been to take longer than 10 even when they are training new people. All my drinks have been good as well.

This is a poorly managed Starbucks location. Tables are often dirty and the trash is often full and overflowing. Wifi does not work. Staff is often slammed by orders from the block-long line at the drive-through. There are other better Starbucks locations nearby.
