I work near this location and often buy coffee at three Starbucks nearby. It was at the Starbucks in Randalls that I ALWAYS got the coffee that wasn't what I was expecting for the two years that I periodically bought it. Americano tastes like plain boiling water. In a flat white, they also don’t add espresso and make a big thick crema! I started asking for more shots! And it still tastes disgusting! I honestly don't understand why this Starbucks is still in business! Do people really not care what they drink? I repeat, this is not just one visit to this Starbucks. This is a systematic visit. that is, I carried out an analysis.

Firstly, I hate to be that person but I waited for 15 minutes while customers that came in after me got their drinks. Secondly, I get the same drink every time and am used to the price and they gave me the wrong size. When I told them I had ordered and pairs for a different size they pursued to argue with me even though I payed for the venti. It was a total rip off of time and money! Would not recommend this location to anybody.

Hate to admit it but Starbucks is my guilty pleasure. I become a regular when they have offers like half prices drinks on Tuesdays lol with this inflation situation going on how can you say no to that?! Anyways this place does not offer that but I still enjoy choosing this place over close by Starbucks because of how wonderfully they make their drinks and how kind the staff here is. The one particular person me and my entire family love seeing here is Cristian. I hope I am spelling his name correctly but he has such a warm personality and just simply one of the nicest human beings you'll meet! This Starbucks is within Randalls so its pretty sweet to grab a drink and go grocery shopping OR there is a pretty spacious area you can work or hangout. I just wish this Starbucks also offered deals! Oh well

Woman was training a new employee and took her mask off while talking to her, then put it back on and had her nose exposed while making my drink. Not following CDC guidelines for COVID. I didn't feel safe drinking my drink and just threw it out.
there was an older lady working and refused to make the drink i’ve ordered practically every morning just at a different location. So I will DEFINITELY not return to this starbucks.

Went here for the first time and signed up for a card online while shopping - don't shop here UNLESS you have a card because it's expensive. I got a few things and it came out to $35 - I put in my phone number associated with my account and it didn't register. Ok. No problem. The cashier looked it up and said she couldn't find it either. I was with my boyfriend at the time, and I asked, "ok - can he get a card then, while we're here?" and she gave me a ton of attitude back saying "Why don't you ask HIM." (?????) She said I could get "reimbursed next time" which I doubted, so I went straight to the customer service desk, frustrated. Thankfully, Isela was very nice and super helpful with this issue and reimbursed me on the spot. The experience unfortunately left me with a bad taste in my mouth as I really wanted to like this store. But as I'm reading reviews - it seems that the customer service issues are typical of this location.
