Second time placing an order on the app and sending my husband to pick it up. He asks for the order for my name and each time he comes back with orders for someone else because that is what was handed to him.

I have been getting coffee at this location on Cypress/Lakeline for years. I generally go every weekday and get two coffees. One for me, and one for my daughter on the way to school. So, about 10 coffees per week. The service used to be stellar. Not so much anymore. In fact, it is now the worst service that I get in the area, and that includes being worse than Whataburger across the street!I think the primary problem is that this location routinely opens late and/or turns off their mobile app. The result backs everything up and my orders are always getting messed up and delivered late. It used to be once or twice a month that I would have a problem. That is acceptable and I dealt with it. But, once or twice a month then turned into once a week. This week, it happened three times. They always try to make things right, but when you are using the mobile order process, it usually means that you are in a hurry and you only have time to drop in and pick up your pre-ordered coffee. If you have to wait, or have them fix the order, it kind of defeats the purpose of grab-n-go that you are supposed to have with a mobile order. This morning, they opened late and the app (another fiasco that needs to be fixed) automatically routed my order to a different location. WTF? When this happens, you really need to put a big red warning on the app that it is being rerouted. We get to this location 15min after ordering at 6am and found that the doors are locked because they did not open up on time. We had no time to wait because we were on a tight schedule to get to the airport and did not realize our order was routed to another store.Please, please, please fix your process! There are great people at this store, but your quality of service is atrocious!Note: I will delete this review when your service gets back to Starbucks standards.

I arrived at 2 in the afternoon and there was only a few people in the place; mostly doing work. Caroline helped me; she was very nice; I have not been to Starbucks in years and she patiently helped me choose a coffee. She was awesome. I had a relaxing time. My friend and I stayed and talked there for over two hours. Thanks for letting two old guys hang out and drink coffee.

Could be better. I’d definitely choose to go to another location for sure. Staff was very rude and were talking behind my back. Not very nice or talkative at all only if you inconvenience them.

I just had a really bad experience here yesterday. It was my birthday and the girl at the counter refused to give me my birthday drink unless I downloaded the app, so I did but nothing showed up. ( I would've been happy to show my id). I just paid for my drink to avoid any hassle and because I didn't want to argue but it sincerely bummed me out. It sounds silly, but little things like that make your birthday feel special. When I got my order, it was wrong, so the girl making coffee offered to remake it. She was the sweetest and kind of made up for the experience. Either way, the attitude I initially received ( especially, on my birthday) really sucked so I feel the need to post a review.

Good location but service is very slow. If you planning to get coffee in bulk then call ahead otherwise you may have to wait a long time.

I go to several locations on my way to work and order same thing. Same price everywher but this location. Always charge more. They are ripping people off .beware.

Coffee is ok. The service is nothing compared to Mojos Coffee. Starbucks workers don't really talk to the customer unless just to ask for your order.

Umm... it's Starbucks! What do you expect!?! The dragonfruit and the pink drink are sooo good. You should 100 percent try those out.

This location - I just can't even anymore. Their Mobile Ordering practices are HOT GARBAGE. I ordered online at 7:34am, app said it would be ready at 7:46. I was thinking, awesome, I can get this done and be back in time for work. Nope. Just nope. I didn't have coffee in hand until 7:55 and was late signing into work. After I asked what the status of my order was, they said "you are two back." Okay. I see them look at my stickies for my items - they had been up on the machine for A WHILE. They must have served 15 customers who came and grabbed their orders, along with about 10 walk ins before I ever got hands on my coffee. If I put in a mobile order, I'm expecting to pick it up on time. I don't have time to be standing around, shooting the s*** with the baristas. While I'm trying to hurry to grab my drinks, she asks me "what are your plans for today" and I should have said, "Go home, write a big sticky note to myself to remind me to NEVER put in a Mobile Order at this location ever again." Get it together, Lakeline Starbucks.
