I asked if it were possible to change the order I had made by adding cinnamon. Angie was super rude and it was obvious that I was a bother. The coffee ok at best. The lousy customer service along with a drink that is barely passable was not a good experience. Do better Angie.

Matcha in the blender now instead of shaken??Half of my drink is still in the blender & My drink is watered down with ice now....I ordered a venti matcha and literally took 6 sips and it's all gone. What a waste! Go back to shaking them in the cups.Its a weak drink with no flavor because half of it is left.. Starbucks as a whole doesn't take care of it customers, ill be going back to dutch bros!

Placed a pickup order on the app, and they made me wait 15 minutes saying my order was received just now where it was 10 minuted already and they said it's on bottom of the list. They were preparing all other order placed after me as well. Worst experience ever at a starbucks store and worst staff. Even after asking they did not make my order.
Got the egg sandwich. Was greasy and not good. Service was good. Ambience typical Starbucks but with less seating or privacy. Probably will not visit again unless in a pinch

I've had staff remember my name when it's gone 2-3 weeks between visits. This location gets crazy busy sometimes and staff is ALWAYS on top of orders. My ONLY complaint is that non-Barnes&Nobles Starbucks don't offer cheesecake. Conveniently, this location is a few hundred feet from Whole Foods.

We accidentally went to the wrong location for a mobile order pick up, and this branch pulled the order over to them and made it on a rush instead of sending us away. I am so grateful to them for that small act of kindness, we had an incredibly sad day (had to put one of our pups to rest after 13 short years), and them correcting our error for us was so considerate.
