My daughters and I usually stop in here before heading out in to the mall. There is a tall gentleman who works at night that we are used to, he is so sweet. Tonight however, not only was there no one at this location for 30 + min, but when we did get to order it was from a very rude woman. My daughters usually order Venti Frappuccinos, but tonight we were told "I'm not making Frappuccinos, I will later, but I'm not making them right now." Then we had to scan our retail items for her as well. When making my drink she was a mess. She clearly didn't want to be making drinks, and you could tell by the way she made my drink which turned out to be horrible. All of us wound up throwing our drinks away. What a shame, her actions were completely unprofessional, and it definitely will make me think twice before I go back when she is there. Usually this location is ok. Yes they are typically understaffed and you have to wait for your drink, but the other staff members make it ok because they are fun to talk to while waiting for it. Tonight was not the case with this woman. She was mean and surly. Customer service clearly isn't the right job for her.

I had the worst experience at this location out of my 25+ years of going to Starbucks. The service was very slow and the staff don’t have good training. In spite of a premium I paid for a brewed coffee at this mall location compared to regular Starbucks(plus the hassle of getting instructions on how to add a tip), I got one that wasn’t fresh because of the poor service. At every Starbucks, the person at the register will prepare your brewed coffee and give it to you whereas you receive your premium drinks from the barista on the other end. However, my coffee was poured and left with the barista on a line waiting for other drinks to be prepared. That day, there is an unusual number of drinks in the line and the folks (at least 3) preparing the drinks were chatting and completing the orders very slow. By the time I received the coffee, it was cold and had to throw it away.This is changing my preference to go to Starbucks and find alternatives.

I go to this specific Starbucks a lot of the times I need refreshment and the staff is always so nice. One of the workers: Johnantony has always been extremely kind and caring as well as getting my drinks done fast and correctly every time. He knows the menu extremely well and has never failed to make me feel welcome. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Staff just chatted with a guest, who I believe is her friend. They chatted for over 5 minutes and I just stood there and waited for them to chat. After 5 minutes, I left, because I didn’t know how long they were gonna chat. Very unprofessional

Update your opening hours to 10:30am. The online hours posted are 10am-7pm, I arrived at 10:15am and was told by the young lady working that they don’t open until 11am. I responded to her by saying then is the listed hours online wrong? At that point she said oh it’s 10:30am. ?
John, Henry and Pimm are absolutely wonderful! Always know that I will be well taken care of if one of those three are working
