Emma was so RUDE! I simply asked how to use a coupon and she made me feel like the biggest idiot in the world because I couldn’t find the code and when I finally did, she said mhmmm I already told you to click that. I said thank you annd drove off with my drink and she rolled her eyes at me unbelievably rude.

Wait is a little long but the barista named Collin is so friendly and sweet. I wanted to give him a shoutout as he asked for my name to check on my drink and continually gave me updates as they were being made. I appreciated that.

The folks here are super friendly and deliver outstanding service. We ordered our drinks and sit down. She didn't call us from counter but deliver it to us and told us what she did for our custom tea choices. Love it ! This is on 8/22 10:45am. I didn't get her name , but Thank You!!

I love this Starbucks. I’ve been to a lot of them all over the area and this one stands out the most. My family and I always get greeted and welcomed. Staff is very friendly and caring. My kids have made this their favorite place as well.

Just had drinks and food here. Nice and clean store. I wish the people who work there smile more and be more friendly. Also when they brought us 2 ice coffee ( we were dine-in customers), they didn't come with the straws. I guess they expect their customers to serve themselves.

I don't go to Starbucks normally. Only go for the spinach Feta wraps or egg bites. They were out of the spinach feta wraps so I got egg white bites. I don't drink their coffee. Prefer Dunkin Donuts over them. Starbucks is more expensive and overrated.

The morning crew and mid-to-late afternoon folks are phenomenal. They know me and my dog on sight and are always friendly and proactive to both of us. Not the canned experience you get at a lot of other locations. Thank you so much!!! PS - can you make a tip option for rewards redemption orders? I rarely have cash on hand. Please and thank you. 🩷

This coffee shop never had more than 2 or 3 people inside or outside. They never greeted me or looked my way when I went to the counter to ask about WiFi or a second cup of chi latte. I will NEVER return.
