Just had drinks and food here. Nice and clean store. I wish the people who work there smile more and be more friendly. Also when they brought us 2 ice coffee ( we were dine-in customers), they didn't come with the straws. I guess they expect their customers to serve themselves.

I don't go to Starbucks normally. Only go for the spinach Feta wraps or egg bites. They were out of the spinach feta wraps so I got egg white bites. I don't drink their coffee. Prefer Dunkin Donuts over them. Starbucks is more expensive and overrated.

This coffee shop never had more than 2 or 3 people inside or outside. They never greeted me or looked my way when I went to the counter to ask about WiFi or a second cup of chi latte. I will NEVER return.

It was my first time in this particular location. My only complaint is that they don't ask for your name, so when you place your order, they can call you to let you know its ready like my usual location at New Hope and Baghdad. (You have to be aware as to when they get your order ready. You have to go check on your own) We were a group of 4, so we had to constantly go check to see if our orders were ready.

I come here about 5 times a week. The evening crew is absolutely amazing! Everything ordered is always made right, and the drive thru line moves insanely fast, and everyone is very friendly. Not a fan of the morning crew. I’ve decided to drive to a further location in the mornings. The line moves really slow, drinks are made wrong most of the time, and the crew seems very annoyed and unfriendly. I’m giving 5 stars because of the evening crew, but would give 1 star to the morning crew.

This location has an attentive, laid-back staff who is always friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere in this location is conducive to having a good conversation or working on your computer.
Went through the drive through and ordered a grande cafe mocha with a squirt of liquid sugar and a venti pecan crunch oat milk. First, they gave me the wrong size for my venti. They told me to park and they’d bring my drink out. 10 minutes later, I walk in for a refund since I still didn’t have my coffee and my wife’s was now cold, to find out THEY GAVE MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE!! Didn’t verify that it was the right customer or anything. Just gave my stuff away. Will NOT be returning.

The morning crew and mid-to-late afternoon folks are phenomenal. They know me and my dog on sight and are always friendly and proactive to both of us.
