while the experience was fine, i noticed that the decor is really outdated. its literally the same as when i worked for the company over 10 years ago, needs a revamp. its not bright and sleek like other subways nearby.the customer service was great but my only issue was that they seemed extremely short staffed. there was one person doing everything, and i mean everything.i was there for a little over 20 minutes and the worker had 7 customers before me,4 pickup orders to do, then my order and my sons, as well as the 4 customers who came in as he was finishing my sandwiches.certainly not right for him to have been riding solo

Horrible experience.The bathrooms don't work, the guy who served us is a bad person, he did it reluctantly, he threw things away, I felt like he was angry at us, he was a little racist with the way he treated us.

Ashlyn was amazing. She was polite and on point the entire time, even though she was making all four of our sandwiches at once. She was very friendly and made a good experience even better. Will definitely recommend this subway as long as she's behind the counter.
I would give this a 0 star if I could. The young man working today 11/25 at 12:00 PM was rude & looked like he could care less that he was working. We walked in & he stared at us never saying anything. Took him a minute to walk over & again just stares not speaking, I tell him what bread we want & he grabs it out of the bread compartment & literally throws it on the counter. The whole interaction was like that, he contaminated everything he touched with buffalo sauce my husbands sandwich. How do these people who have to serve the public get hired when they behave this way? The place was filthy, maybe rather than standing around you could clean it up! I have had some bizarre interactions at fast food places but this was top 3.

Went here for lunch and the location is understaffed. It took about 35 min until I was able to order. I noticed all tables and chairs were completely dusty. Restroom was out of order and the only one that worked there was a replaced toilet just seating inside the restroom. WTH? Bad, bad experience.
