14 bucks for a sandwich. The days of 5 dollar footlongs are gone forever.Super pricey for a ho-hum sandwich

The manager had been there all day and night running the place by herself. But that didn't stop her from putting a smile on her face and being personable. She was an absolute delight.

I hope whoever is franchising this location will invest more time in the restaurant. I don’t expect much from fast food places and rarely leave reviews because, well, they are fast food chains. But this subway was just so disappointing. The meatball sandwich we ordered was cold when we got it - they microwaved frozen meatballs and toasted the sandwiches but they were still cold. Even the bread was cold after being toasted. My son left meatballs which he has never done before. The workers also seemed like all young kids, with no adult supervisor? They were cursing and yelling with customers inside. Some of the veggies like spinach was wilted and looked inedible. Someone clearly needs to spend more time training the employees at this location.

This is the most disgustingly unhygienic subway I have ever been to in my life. The veggies are wilted, yes. The cross-contamination is the worst I’ve seen at any restaurant/fast food chain. The teenagers working here touch sandwiches and then touch the cash register. Then they touch other equipment. Then they touch the sandwiches again. They cross-contaminate meats as well. This place needs to be shut down and re-evaluated.

Visited here Sat 8/14. The 2 young men working there were both quite rude. They appeared to be very unhappy to be working. Very bad attitudes. The floor in front of the order & pay area was soaking wet with standing water as though there was a water leak. Live close, love Subway in general, but won't be back to this one.

Online order....showed up, still wasn't started. Took 20 minutes to make one sandwich. Other sandwich was burnt so bad it wasn't edible.

Recently ordered a footlong for approx $9.00 and once I got it home, it was missing the cheese (clearly listed on the receipt and order confirmation). Yet, when I tried to call the store to at least let them know of the error and my disappointment, I was further disappointed to find that there was no way to contact them - the telephone number had a message that there was no way to leave a message because voice mail had not been set up and after several attempts, never got the phone to ring. Bummer, may not be returning to this location unless there's an INCREDIBLE sale.

The Philly was nasty , dry, flavorless except for bread and the cheese. You want a real Philly go to Big City Bagels

EXTREMELY dissatisfied. I ordered 2 sandwiches through the subway app and drove almost 15 minutes to pick my order up. One of the sandwiches was ham and cheese with numerous toppings. When I made it home and opened my sandwich there was nothing on it but meat and cheese. No mayonnaise, no toppings. When I tried to call the store I got an automated message saying they were not accepting messages at this time. It didn’t even ring. So now my only option is to drive 30 minutes round trip to see about getting a sandwich made or getting a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER come to this location again.

Service was slow cashiers could use training on ringing up Coupons. They were both very polite. Vegetables not fresh nor was the bread. Clean restaurants ?

If I could give -5 stars I would the employees are slow as hell they can’t even take care of multiple sandwiches in a timely manner and I was line for 45 mins I might as well clocked in for them cause of how slow they are. Never will I come here again. And they are letting people come in WITHOUT face masks lol like we’re not in a global pandemic.
