My husband eat here on 12/3/25 and got E. coli! I also eat here the same day but I am vegan so i did not get turkey. They need to do a better job at providing a clean environment for customers because this is disgusting!!! I have already contacted the food borne illness and also filled complaints.

There was a gnat in my sandwich. The young, inattentive associate with dirty blond hair actually asked me, “Are you sure it wasn’t part of the bread?” Seriously? The service was beyond incompetent — he couldn't even focus long enough to make a basic sandwich properly. Then I had to jump through hoops just to get a refund. Completely unacceptable. Disgusting experience.

I went there yesterday after ordering online and when I picked up my food and went back to the office; my meatball sub was the DRIEST thing I've ever seen. It was so dry there was NO sauce and the meatballs had actually shriveled up to the size of marbles! At first when I grabbed my sandwich I thought they completely forgot to add the meatballs. I contacted guest services and have YET to receive a response. My next step will be to dispute the charges
