I didn’t realize you could ever get such a skinny sandwich from a Subway. They put the smallest amount of toppings possible
I went there yesterday after ordering online and when I picked up my food and went back to the office; my meatball sub was the DRIEST thing I've ever seen. It was so dry there was NO sauce and the meatballs had actually shriveled up to the size of marbles! At first when I grabbed my sandwich I thought they completely forgot to add the meatballs. I contacted guest services and have YET to receive a response. My next step will be to dispute the charges

I stopped in today and had the freshest tasting rotisserie chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from a subway. I’m from out of town but if I lived here I would definitely be eating here twice a week as all their veggies were crisp and fresh and the lady making my order was as sweet as can be.
One of the worst Subways in terms of service. Always only one person working here. Had my online order for my lunch break cancelled 20 min after placing the order a solid 40 min ahead of pickup time. Simply told to get in line when I arrived and realized my order had been cancelled. Didn't offer to correct the mistake and make my order. I left and got food next door at Fajita Pete's. Way better food and service. The next time you consider this Subway, go next door to Fajita Pete's instead. Won't be back to this location when the location at Neenah and Parmer are exemplary, always have my order on time, and have more than one staff member present during lunch. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed.
$15.00 for the most horribly made sandwich ever! The service was terrible and the employees were rude to the customers. Now granted I haven’t been to a Subway in a few years. I stopped after it was sold but today I was in the mood for that loved old flavor, never again. I I waited in the 3 person line while the employees moved so slowly I knew exactly what I wanted. I asked what type of bread they had and he assured me he had the parm/oregano but gave me plain. I asked for a foot long rotisserie chicken and got plain chicken and only the amount for a 6inch in the foot long. I asked for it to be toasted and had to remind them 3 times before they started with the veg. Now I come to Subway for the veg! I asked for extra Spanish 2x, extra cucumber 2x, extra green pepper and onion with pickles. The girl put them all in the middle of the sandwich and wouldn’t spread them out. She also refused to give me an appropriate amount of veg, not even the extra I asked for. She put all the mayo in the center and then rolled it up without asking if I was done. Then they couldn’t “accept” any coupons because the computer was broken, haha!!! Where is the manager doing math appropriately and applying the coupon to orders? Basic math isn’t hard and you should never higher a manager who refuses to do math mentally. Sadly Subway is horrible and does need to go out of business and replaced with small family run businesses, not franchises where the owner isn’t available and the management doesn’t know how to do their job correctly.

Jimmy has the greatest customer service, he really satisfied our expectations. He was a very nice and professional guy who provided a great atmosphere. The sandwich he made was the best I have ever had from subway and I am incredibly impressed with this experience!

I must say I have never been to such an amazing Subway ever. Cody is the persons name who is working there and he is so polite, friendly, helpful. He is the best. Every sandwich he makes is done with utmost care and respect. I have never seen someone like him in a really long time now.
I got a veggie patty footlong sandwich and my husband had the Turkey Titan. Cody made sure that he changed his gloves and made my sandwich. He also bought a new knife to cut my sandwich as he didn’t want mine contaminated with any meat. He was the sweetest. And he is so patient with people.
The sandwich he made was so tasty too. I think if you make food with love it always tastes best. I am so glad this Subway is close to where I live and I would be so happy to come here often and eat a sandwich.
We were so hungry that I forgot to take photos of my sandwich. And my sandwich looked delicious. So I had to eat it immediately ❤️
Vegetarian options: You can trust Cody because he makes sure you are comfortable as a vegetarian. It’s amazing the care he takes in making each sandwich.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Subway. The service was poor, with three staff members seeming inattentive and disorganized. The quality of the food was unacceptable—the sub was so bad I had to throw it away. I’ve always associated Subway with fresh and reliable food, but this visit fell far below expectations. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
