We just had our diner at the restaurant. The food was a little salty for our taste, but everything was fresh. Things was okay , i enjoyed taking pictures of the food, until we finished our food and wanted to order more, none of the waiters or waitresses pay attention to our table, i called them as they walked passed us, they stop at the table next to us, but none of them spare us a look. That happened for a good 13-14 minutes, my husband decide to go talk to them at the check in booth. The waitress at the check in booth told us we can pay at the booth right away, and not even worry to apologize for their attentive. They only busy checking the other customers which were other races, and we are Asian. This is the first time in our entire 17 years living in the states and not tipping for our meal. Thank you for the rudeness.

Unfortunately, Max was our server tonight. We found him to be neither kind nor attentive, as we went without drink refills throughout the evening. We waited 15 minutes just to place our order. Additionally, his responses were both rude and terse. While we understand that everyone can have an off day, we were hoping to enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Awesome food, display, service and atmosphere. As soon as you enter the restaurant you can feel the japanese 'Kodawari'. We sat at the bar and each plate of sushi came out with a perfect display while the itamae perfectly sliced the fish with the immaculately sharpened knife! Great experience.

Have been a long time customer. Food has always been tasty. Over last couple years, portions have decreased significantly and prices have increased. Very disappointing. If this will be your first visit, you may not feel taken advantage of…I do. I know what it’s been and what it is now. Sad.
I am not a Karen. This is an honest review about a VERY BAD experience. Seeing how high they are rated, I know this review is an outlier... Wednesday night, just wanted Edamame, sushi roll and some saki. What I got was a terrible experience.I sat for awhile after being seated and when the hostess seated someone next to me she asked if everything was OK. I said I have been here awhile, she came back as said that the wait staff was backed up and took my order... great... Edamame, sushi roll and some saki. Sushi roll came out first... see photo for the worse shrimp tempura roll I've ever seen. Almost looked like microwave. Had to ask for wassabi. Then my saki showed up... barely over room temperature. Ok, where's my edamame? Never showed up. Ate my shrimp tempura roll but couldn't choke down room temperature sake (I DID NOT ORDER COLD SAKE). Asked for check and had to request that the edamame be taken off.OK, BAD experience. But staff could give a flying F.AVIOD THIS PLACE IF YOU APPRECIATE ANY SEMBLANCE OF EXPECTED SERVICE.
