I had placed an order through the app, but had an emergency come up before I could pick it up. I called and spoke with one of the managers (Tatiana, I believe), and she was super cool and understanding. She asked if I wanted a refund or she could put me on a list so I could call at a later date and pick it up. I opted for the list because my office is right down the road, so it makes sense. đ I called today to confirm that I was on this list, and asked if I could come pick up today. The manager on duty was not Tatiana. I didn't catch her name, but she was just as awesome and cool as every other employee I interacted with. The food was quick, hot, and loaded with deliciousness. đ€€ I appreciate the stellar customer service, and I'll continue to visit.

Today it appears that tonight Josh the staff had a bad attitude. If he was upset with management or his coworkers, it shouldnât take it out on the customer food! The food was shoved into the bag like trash. He threw the bag on the counter with no care! The reason I rated the food okay, is because how he prep the food. Just threw it together like he was throwing away the food.

thanks for reminding me why I don't come here. Tried to hand me my order with no drink and then didn't include the sauces. Now I'm stuck sitting here in the drive thru while some dude who WALKED UP to the window waits for his food. When I worked at Taco Bell we were changed to triple-check every order before it was sent out, but you're obviously didn't even check it once if you couldn't put everything on the sticker in the bag. Unless you like it when your whole order is wrong, go somewhere else.

I ordered free bean cheese burritos. I got three crispy tacos đ I should have checked before I left. I drove back. They gave me my three burritos but took the tacos. Should have got the tacos for free lol

Went through the drive thru, got home and the nacho fries were not even half filled. The nachos bell grande had very little food. It was my first time ordering the âloadedâ beef nachos. See picture lol so I called to speak to a manager who answered the phone and said nothing. I said âHelloâ and she said âyeah?â I then asked for the manager and she said I am the manager. I expressed my concerns with the food and she said the nacho bell grande was little food bc we didnât want beans. I then told her the fries werenât filled. No explanation. I told her the so called loaded beef nachos had literally 14 chips. She said thatâs how itâs made. She was of no help. Offered no fair resolution to paying $33 for food that wouldnât make a small child full.
They will not give you your drink if you order online. Don't bother.
