I haven't been to a taco bell in years, Gave it a try at my family's request.
Ordered 6 beef soft taco supremes. They advertise that it includes onions, tomatoes, sour cream...yet not a single one had any. They also didn't have any beef, instead we got a soft taco with lettuce and beans.
Also ordered 2 nacho and cheese trays. The nachos were covered in salt!!! They were so salty that the grandkids refused to eat any.
Definitely won't try it for a long time!! Hate spending so much for something no one wanted to eat.
Positive note, employees were nice and the lobby was clean.

Was skeptical when I opened my bag, and finally when I got to the inside of this monstrosity, there is absolutely nothing inside. The only modification I made to this meal was to remove the sour cream. Not to remove the lettuce, tomatoes AND the meat. Nacho fries were ice cold. Asked how the employees day had been and got my drinks handed to me with a blank stare, and the door shut on me. Great way to end my night after coming home from a long shift 😊 No dinner, $10 wasted, and my night ruined! Thanks Taco Bell employees!

Horrible customer service. No one greeted me when I came or asked me if I needed any help. The girl on drive thru was on her phone and there was only one other worker there, working in the kitchen. I waited 15 minutes for 2 tacos

I'm a long time Taco Bell fanatic and this location is top notch. I've been to just about every single location in the Bronx, NY, NW Broward county, South Florida and in Cedar Park/N Austin. This location is always very clean, fast at prepping your order. Not just fast but also doing it very well. The staff is fantastic. They actually check to make sure your order is done right the first time. Thanks everyone!!

This place was still open for an hour and had literally no food left so they were closing, wouldn’t even offer anything. I guess I shouldn’t expect much from a fast food place but I was supper just taken back at how they were behaving. I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life and never gave that kind of service to anyone. No apology, or any work around just this is how it is and yeah…. Very disappointing.
Why does the store smell like piss? And do they only hire people who cant speak english? I mean come on they cant even understand a name for an order.

Go to any other location. This one regularly messes up the orders (missing or incorrect items - usually both). Crunchy taco shells extremely stale and it looks like someone literally punched our tacos tonight before putting them in the bag - how does the taco break into 9 pieces before I even take it out of the bag? Lakeline/Cypress location is far superior, won’t be coming back to this one.
