Cowboy provided the best service my family has ever experienced! He was so warm and welcoming. He made my son’s 7th birthday so memorable! Thank you Cowboy! Cowboy is the biggest reason we will continue to come back.

The burgers were greasier than an old motor and the fries were over fried. Or maybe they were two days old and double fried. Not a fan. This place is a no where close to what the reviews say.
What you’re paying for is the service which was not bad at all. But what you generally come for is the food. That aspect needs to be fixed.

Found this restaurant on Google Maps and it had great reviews, so I decided to stop in while in town for a work trip. Cowboy was my server and from the moment I walked in I felt like family. Great food, great service, great conversation, and great iced tea (Cowboy’s special) ! I see why the reviews are so positive 🙂 will try to come back in this week before I leave town, and telling everyone to stop in on my way out!

We are so excited to have a bar/restaurant that has ALL the things: great food, fun atmosphere and yummy cocktails! Thanks to Paige, our bartender, and Cowboy who made our experience fantastic! Definitely our new fan favorite!!

So I rarely write reviews, but today I had to leave one. We ordered the candied cowboy, the Willie’s western, and the buffalo wings…let me just say, everything was absolutely PERFECT. Wings were crispy, sauce was great. Burgers? Filled with flavor and soooo filling. Huge and extra loud shout out to cowboy for making our first time a great experience. Everything was 10/10, highly recommend. Will be back every single time we’re visiting the Austin area!

What a joke. I understand that somebody makes a mistake and forgets to give you the order you placed online.
But for them not to pick up the phone after redialling them 50 times is absolutely outrageous.
They dead tie the bags so you cant even check if they gave you everything you ordered. You have to rip the bag. I would suggest do it on site.
Now I have to drive 15 miles back to pick up two burgers because they are not picking up the phone to rectify things. Kids burger they gave me is OK. Fries tastes like its 2 days old. Like whats going on.
Never again, will I step my foot into this place?
Great eating place and customer service! I traveled from Dallas and im glad i stumbled across the best burger place in town! Cowboys customer service was genuine and wonderful! I definitely recommend the burger bar!

Came to the burger Bar all the way from Dallas and was blown away by the food, establishment and service! The cowboy waited on me and made me feel like a local. Extremely impressed by his kind southern hospitality and customer service! I will definitely be traveling here again! New favorite eating place and highly recommend!
