I want to start off by saying the employee who made our food and rang us up was very nice, and was thorough with handling our allegery concerns. Unfortunately who I assume was manager/shift lead was being rude to the 2 employees working. When we came in she was using the tablet needed to order, so the person trying to serve us was unable to for 5 minutes. She was complaining to them and micromanaging the entire time we were there. Even if something is wrong, it shouldve been addressed privately and respectfully.

First time there. Just got a salad. It was prepared as person was asking me what I wanted to add. It's hard to find a place with salads on menu. I'll explore more menu items for next time.

Not my favorite sub. Kind of small and I got the large one. Also narrow and had minimal veggies. Requested optional peppers but again small size did not leave ample room and couldn't really taste them. Friendly service however and plenty of seating.

My friend went to buy sandwiches for us. I sent a note for a hummus sandwich with no onion and was given a veggie delight sandwich. While the veggie delight sandwich comes with hummus, you have a sandwich called Hummus Sub. I didn't have time to go back so now I'm forced to eat this nasty sandwich instead of the sandwich I bought. You should know your own menu! There's a HUGE difference with Hummus Sub and Veggie Delight Sub.

We’ve been coming here for a long time at least once a week and today my sandwich wasn’t good. The bread was old and tasted and felt old. I ate about half of it and told the guy who made the sandwich that it wasn’t good and immediately he said, the bread tastes old, doesn’t it? He said, I had a meatball sandwich earlier and the bread was terrible.

I threw the rest of the sandwich in the garbage and he said, I’m sorry sir. There was no attempt to make it right, give me a coupon for a future visit or anything. We probably won’t be back. There are too many other sandwich places in the area!!

Ordered a tuna sandwich on Aug 7th and it was an inedible soggy mess dripping with mayo. Manager promised me a refund and even a replacement sandwich, but weeks later I’ve received nothing despite multiple calls. I paid for a meal I never got to eat. Also, their 4.5 star Google rating feels misleading—clearly negative reviews are being filtered or fought off, because my experience was nowhere near that rating.

Leah was amazing when we came in to get out to go order! Ordered four sandwiches and they were all delicious! My friend that I was with has special needs and Leah was patient and so friendly with us. Thanks for great food and even better service today! We will be back! Thanks again Leah!

ThunderCloud Subs is hands-down the best sandwich shop around, and a huge part of that is the service. Every time I stop in, Declan goes above and beyond to make sure my order is perfect. He’s friendly, fast, and always makes you feel welcome—like you’re a regular even if it’s your first visit.
The sandwiches are just as impressive. The bread is always fresh, the veggies are crisp, and the meats and cheeses taste top-notch. They’re generous with the portions, and everything feels like it’s made with care. It’s hard to pick a favorite because every sub I’ve tried has been delicious.
If you want a place where the food is fresh, the atmosphere is chill, and the customer service (especially from Declan) is unbeatable, ThunderCloud is it. I won’t go anywhere else for a sub!

We had a fantastic experience at ThunderCloud Subs in Cedar Park! We ordered the large Tuna Sub and BLT, and both were absolutely delicious. The customer service rep made our sandwiches right in front of us and was very attentive, asking detailed questions to make sure everything was just how we wanted it.

The bread was incredibly fresh, and the BLT was loaded with crisp lettuce, perfectly cooked bacon, and vibrant red tomatoes. The Tuna Sub was generously packed and just as fresh. We dined in, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable.

The location is super convenient with easy access off Whitestone Blvd. We left very happy—and honestly, ThunderCloud Subs blows Subway out of the water!
