Ordered a tuna sandwich on Aug 7th and it was an inedible soggy mess dripping with mayo. Manager promised me a refund and even a replacement sandwich, but weeks later I’ve received nothing despite multiple calls. I paid for a meal I never got to eat. Also, their 4.5 star Google rating feels misleading—clearly negative reviews are being filtered or fought off, because my experience was nowhere near that rating.

ThunderCloud Subs is hands-down the best sandwich shop around, and a huge part of that is the service. Every time I stop in, Declan goes above and beyond to make sure my order is perfect. He’s friendly, fast, and always makes you feel welcome—like you’re a regular even if it’s your first visit.
The sandwiches are just as impressive. The bread is always fresh, the veggies are crisp, and the meats and cheeses taste top-notch. They’re generous with the portions, and everything feels like it’s made with care. It’s hard to pick a favorite because every sub I’ve tried has been delicious.
If you want a place where the food is fresh, the atmosphere is chill, and the customer service (especially from Declan) is unbeatable, ThunderCloud is it. I won’t go anywhere else for a sub!

We had a fantastic experience at ThunderCloud Subs in Cedar Park! We ordered the large Tuna Sub and BLT, and both were absolutely delicious. The customer service rep made our sandwiches right in front of us and was very attentive, asking detailed questions to make sure everything was just how we wanted it.

The bread was incredibly fresh, and the BLT was loaded with crisp lettuce, perfectly cooked bacon, and vibrant red tomatoes. The Tuna Sub was generously packed and just as fresh. We dined in, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable.

The location is super convenient with easy access off Whitestone Blvd. We left very happy—and honestly, ThunderCloud Subs blows Subway out of the water!

I love this place! Everytime I'm in Cedar Park I have to eat here!
The staff are fast and friendly, especially Declan and Luke who pay attention to the details of your order! The food and bread is always fresh!
Still one of the ONLY places with Alfalfa Sprouts for a topping!
My daughter is a vegetarian and can ALWAYS find something to eat here!
I'm not in this area often but when I am, I dine-in and order something else to go to eat later that night or for lunch the next day.
Give it a try!

here is what you need to know before coming to this location:

it's just difficult to find this location cuz it sort of tucked away it in the outside

That's I recorded a video on what it looks like coming into the parking lot which you either need to be coming eastbound on Whitestone boulevard and then taking immediate right to get into the proper stocking complex here but there's an edible eat the parts and Ruby boutique I'll cut the way over here around this thundercloud subs

that being said thunder cloud subs been around since 1975 and I personally love their tuna sandwich or what I like to do especially when they send me coupons like they did today for buy one get one free for Father's Day is to have them combine two tuna sandwiches into instead plastic container with their phenomenal mustard breast diced jalapenos right before you fresh, lettuce, onion, and special spice.

plenty of indoor dining area even though it doesn't look like it from the outside nearest outdoor dining area in the shade under a tree as well as a men's restroom in a woman's restroom separate from one another and a variety of drink and chip options including 7UP which is really hard to find these days on tap

they also have in the freezer special glass root beer that's hard to find as well as a special lemonade in a can of never seen before again some of the many unique things you'll find us under cloud subs you really won't find anywhere else

again it's not the sandwiches I can also do party trays salads and even smoothies so I've not tried their smoothies yet and you can also do phone in orders to go

parking I could see on that certain day could be tricky cuz it's shared with all these other lows locations and as for today it was easy finding parking around this location and was quick in and out

customer service staff here I would say is the big one because from thundercloud to thunder cloud it always varies but the staff here real quick knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make my lunch just the way I wanted it and made the check out process quick and easy I'll keeping up with back-to-back orders coming in

:) so glad I found that there is a thunder cloud subs in Cedar Park and I'm out here again I'm a huge fan of their tuna which just is such fresh and better quality than I will find anywhere else

Awesome sandwich shop! Great food at very affordable prices! Best chicken salad ive ever had. The Big Paul is also a favorite! Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible. Great location. Friendly service. I highly recomend!

The food and staff are awesome,
but the last two weeks we have visited the place smells like mothballs and is very off putting when one’s eating. We actually didn’t eat there due to it. Which is a shame as I was craving a sandwich.

I've always liked ThunderCloud subs. Basic menu and sandwiches crafted by people who care about the details.

The stores are all basic, no frills. Get in line and order.

Only place to go for great tuna sandwich!

Luke, and Darius had this place very clean, very professional, and made my sandwiches the way I wanted them, delicious and fresh. On point, this is Austin dining on the money!!!!

The sub was messy - being overloaded with mayo and mustard, glad I skipped the oil vinegar. Got a lot of stem pieces of peppercinis. Building itself had a weird smell, and it was weird to just see cookies sitting out without a display case. Just on the counter. Idk - Jimmy Johns had superior bread, and Jersey has superior deli meats and dressing ratios. Skipping this next time

I'm not crazy about sandwiches - so that's the highest grade I'm going to give to a sandwich shop.
However, they offer a choice of substituting cheese by hummus. That's much better nutritionally.

Came here for some sandwiches and was greeted and welcomed to the place warmly and was taken care of Deklen ,Durias where great and very friendly
