I love every location of Torchy's I find. My only complaint about this location is the parking lot. It can get crowded at lunch time. But otherwise, it's just as good as all the other Torchy's.

I order food to-go, so I cannot speak much to the atmosphere. I was very impressed by the quality of the food. First, it smells delicious... that's always a good sign. Second, I was impressed by the quality of the food ingredients: from the cheese to the produce to the meat, it was all very above average. I feel the price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the food. I will definitely visit again!

Great food, excellent service and awesome ambiance. What better combo for a most scrumptious meal. Many thanks.

Great Torchy’s location. I’ve ordered here tons of times and they’ve only got my order wrong once and quickly fixed it. I love the Brushfire and when they have the mango refresher!

Usually a big fan of Torchys but this location was definitely not a shining example for this visit. The restroom was very unclean and the sink could barely drain due to what appeared to be leftovers from a haircut in the sink. The Trashy Trailer Park was as good as it normally it, but the chips were very stale and the cilantro in the queso wasn't even really chopped and the ratio of cheese to cilantro was about 60/40. I'll avoid this location in the future.

This is a smaller location of this chain restaurant. But the food is always good at Torchys. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

Went here for lunch today and unfortunately it was very underwhelming compared to how this location used to be.
The restaurant itself looks run down. The bathrooms were in rough shape. The sink had visible, permanent stains, and there was an electrical outlet installed directly underneath the soap dispenser, which doesn’t look like something that would ever pass inspection.
When I approached the counter to order, I wasn’t greeted at all. The employee just stared at me and didn’t say a word. I had to initiate the interaction myself and place my order. She handed me my receipt and buzzer without a thank you or any acknowledgment. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The gentleman who brought my food out was polite, which was a bright spot.
I later noticed I was charged twice. I asked the bartender, Elizabeth, about it. After speaking with the manager, they told me one charge was pending and the duplicate should fall off in 24 to 48 hours. I kept my receipt, but there was no apology, just a very “that’s how it is” attitude. Overall, the energy felt off. Everyone seemed like they didn’t want to be there.
As for the food, the fried avocado taco had brown avocado when I bit into it. The shrimp taco was just okay, and both flour tortillas were definitely stale.
This place used to be fun and reliable, which makes this experience disappointing. I really hope they can get this location back to where it once was, because right now it honestly felt worse than a Taco Bell.

We come to the Austin (Cedar Park/Leander) area 1-2 times a year so we make sure those 1-2 times a year, Torchy’s is a must stop. Today was the first time I’ve seen the Whitestone/Cedar Park location not packed and wasn’t sure why until we walked in and began to order. While staff was friendly, our server was in basketball shorts and crocs and sorry, but for a popular restaurant like Torchy’s didn’t seem to fit the uniform/professional food setting. We ordered tacos that include brisket and the little amount of brisket we did get (about a pinch) was crunchy. The potatoes aren’t diced potatoes and fresh (nor did the egg seem to be) but was a hash brown the size of a quarter, broken up on the top. Hear me out, I ate my food because this is our only food stop for the next 5 hours and the last time I’ll have Torchy’s for a while. I used the bathroom before I left and well, this confirmed for me why the place isn’t packed. This may be one of maybe two bad reviews I’ve left in my life so I’m sorry to stack on complaint after complaint… just really disappointed. Hope things turn around for the better.

Not good. Spent over $60 for cold tacos and a grimy restaurant.
The cheesy chip dip was very good. Addictingly good.
