Food was very marginal to be a Bobby Cox restaurant he would not be pleased with the quality of food we were served. Taco Villa restaurant are twice as good as this place I will not return there period bland taste Queso was cold very disappointing experience.

We've been going to Rosa's on 1431 since it opened. It used to represent a great value but those days have gone and their price hikes started BEFORE Covid. Besides, the really high prices now, one thing that they've always been bad at is getting drive through orders right. I would say at least 1 in 3 times we go, they will short us something. It's hard to go through every item when we get multiple bags in the car before we leave the window. Last week, they handed us the bag and we knew it was missing a lot. So we looked through it quickly and saw one complete dinner was missing as well as all the ala carte burritos and tameles we ordered. So we told the person at the window. He checked the receipt and said sorry, hold on. So after a couple of minutes he came back with the missing dinner and said sorry again, have a good night. We opened the bag and saw the dinner, then had to tell the person we were still missing several things. So he went back, had them make the missing items as well. Other times, I have asked several times when they go to hand me my orders, to please verify that everything was in there. Most times when I do this the person at the window gets visibly annoyed and sort of goes through the items to verify. So bottom line is we do not go there nearly as often as we used to.

The customer service is awful. I called in an order for pickup. The guy who answered the phone took my order and then told me that he was not going to put my order in. He stated the drive-through was not busy and to place my order there when I arrived. What kind of service is that? He refused to put my order in because the drive-through was not busy. He then offended me by saying, "Do you understand?" This is totally unacceptable.

We had the Beef Carbon Plate qnd the Chicken Fajita Plate. This is served cafeteria style but orders are processed quickly. Lots of salsa and pico de ggallo available in varying degrees of spiciness.

I like Rosa's. Their variety and flavor are good. Their speed of service is fantastic! But with that said, the other day when I went, I ordered 3 meal plates. It wasn't Tuesday, so I paid full price. There was a total to 3 tablespoons of meat in 9, yes 9, tacos. I'm exaggerating in 3 tablespoons because some of the measuring also included a bit of tomato and onion which took up a little space, so meat was not quite 3 tablespoons in 9 tacos.

We visited Rosa's Cafe for dinner recently. I had the chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. The enchiladas were very tasty. Rosa's makes their food in plain sight of the diners. You pay for your food and they call your number when your order is ready to be picked up. There is a table with various salsas and pico de gallo that you can add to your meal. The inside is very colorful with painted animal sculptures and other decorative items. It is a very cheerful interior. Back to the food, my order came with refried beans, spanish rice and some lettuce and tomatoes in a simple salad. It also came with two warm tortillas wrapped in foil. The meal was very good and the portion was just about right to enjoy without becoming over full. We have been to Rosa's several times and always enjoy the food. It is a good place to visit!

Great food, wonderful service. My husband and I go to Roasa’s Tortilla factory all the time! We enjoy the great food and friendly atmosphere. My husband gets the chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce, I get the taco salad or the cheese enchiladas! Love their salsa bar With 4 kinds of salsa and pico, onion, jalapeño peppers, and the big poblano pepper, limes, and lemons. I love to go there with my grandkids and daughter. They have soft drinks and tea and beer and margaritas. There is something for the whole family!????

A step above Taco Cabana. Drive through was quick and accurate. The food was still hot when we got home and very tasty. Did not feel like fast food at all!

We like to go here for a fast Mexican food dinner. The menu is vast and the prices are great. We especially like their Tuesday Taco night when their taco plates a on sale! They have an expansive free salsa bar, allow you must order and pay for your chips.

We come here often if we are in the area. Not much to say really, great tacos, chips, tortillas and rice. They also have a salsa bar for unlimited salsa if you eat in.
The food is always beyond excellent every time my family goes in. The food is not at all spicy but flavored just enough to be outstanding. The selection is also great and very reasonably priced. On Tuesday they have a special with a reduced price and the portions are very great, the same as the other days of the week. The background music is also great-authentic Mexican but very tasteful. All in all the best restaurant in Cedar Park, TX. Also, their breakfasts are beyond great and the selection is excellent. What a way to start the day!!!

All you get is a basket of chips for $3.99 which is the so-called large size. The salsa is available to everyone on the salsa bar. So it’s a giant rip-off. The food is good but not great. Even the chocolate cake didn’t seem moist enough to me. All in all, I was very dissatisfied.
