This morning I came in to get smoothies for my sister and I and the two workers were very friendly and accommodating!! They helped me adjust the smoothies based on my dietary restrictions and even went to the back to clean blenders due to my mango allergy! Will be coming back!

I visited your Cedar Park location on Sunday, November 9th, and had an unpleasant experience that I believe deserves management’s attention.

When I walked in, a young man came to the register but did not greet me or ask for my order. After several seconds of silence, I asked if he was ready to take my order. He responded that he had already asked me what I wanted — which was simply untrue.

I told him I wanted a Peanut Butter Cup with whey protein, but his tone and attitude were so dismissive that I decided to leave instead of completing the purchase. As I was walking out, he said “have a nice day” in a sarcastic tone, clearly aware I was leaving because of poor service. Rather than handle the situation professionally, he chose to be rude and condescending.

I asked for his name and told him I would be making a complaint. He insisted that he had greeted me — another false statement — and, when asked again, identified himself as Matthew.

A few minutes later, I called the store to speak with a manager. Matthew answered again and claimed that he was the store manager. When I asked for his supervisor’s name, he told me he had no supervisor and that he was his own supervisor.

Basic customer service should include greeting the customer and asking for their order — very simple expectations for anyone working in food service. For whatever reason, Matthew does not seem to understand or value that part of his job.

Good afternoon, I have always been a customer of this place and I really like your products, but the employees need a manager who is attentive to the customers; this important aspect of customer service is being neglected.

The workers didn’t greet me and made me feel unwelcomed. The food was disappointing. I’m a huge fan of tropical smoothie but this location and the service was a huge disappointment.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but the last two times I order my smoothies were unpleasant. My most recent order Mango Manson was FULL of mango chunks I had remove the lid and scoop them out with the straw. Not to mention all of the ice pieces I had to chew. Will be trying another location 😭

Matheu is doing his job well. I always call when I’m a few minutes away they’re quick ! Good over all service.

My favorite smoothie is the pomegranate plunge! They also make the most healthy and best breakfast wraps and the service is always quick and friendly. When I order on the app my order is ready when I arrive. Love this place!

I used to really like this location, and recently the quality of it all is not there. I’m not sure why my food was only half made it seems and the smoothies have began just tasting of water. I hope it gets better.

This place wasn't the same as the other locations we goto. Food was poorly made and the place is dirty. None of the workers were even doing anything, just chatting away. Floor had trash all over it. All the tables had sauce and trash aswell. They have only 2-3 tables and cannot keep up the cleanliness?

I would not recommend this location at all. Place was so dirty which should not happen being how small of a location this is and the amount of staff they had doing nothing. Kale salad I was given was old, no crunch to the leaves and they were dark brown/slimey. No excuse for that. Such a waste of money, basically my whole order was inedible.
