Tumble 22 - Texas Chicken Joint

I've given this location multiple tries because the location and the chain is good. But this site is run so poorly. Ive never had anything but a negative experience. You order and wait an hour for soggy chicken or they somehow get it done beforehand but never update the order so it just sits there. Always confusion when asked why they just ignore you or make people pile up at the front when half the tables are empty.

Ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken breast was black and unchewable. Paying 15 dollars for a sandwich that is not edibleus insane- never goin back and forget the service whoever the guy with the long hair working the kitchen has horrible manners and terrible at customer service- if I could leave zero stars i would.

Our server Jayden was awesome! Friendly, informative about the specials and attentive. It was only our second visit. We will definitely come again, food was delicious!

I was met at the door by Share and her excellent service. Management knows how important first impressions are clearly. I was having a tough day but the smile and attitude brought me right out of it. Food was good as always. Overall perfect lunch experience for a challenging day. Thx!

Being in the restaurant industry for 20 years I know a good server when I see them. Tonight, Marcelo, was above amazing! He was hosting, serving, and running food. He never skipped a table, asking if they wanted refills or needed anything. He was courteous even when you could see he was all over the place. Made our experience so nice. Somebody needs to give him a hi five and I dare say a raise! ;)
