Family birthday celebration was perfect! The restaurant accommodated our large party and even joined in singing Happy Birthday when they brought out the cake. There were lots of varied options for selection and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. My dad (97) was able to order a small portion of spaghetti and meatballs and that made him happy. Out waitress did a great job. We will definitely return!
First time here and our group of 9 was very pleased with our experience. We made a reservation a day in advance and they had us in a semi private room at the back of the restaurant. The lighting and atmosphere was elegant and delightful. It was very private and quiet. There was only one other 10-table in the room and they came about halfway through our meal. They were quiet and respectful as well so no issues there. The food was delicious and there were so many wonderful options on the menu. The wait staff was excellent and communicated up front that the gratuity was already included due to table size and split checks. No wondering what to do at the time of paying your bill. Really a wonderful experience and everyone agreed!
Love this hidden gem in Cedar Park! The lasagna is the best and even better for leftovers; due to such a generous portion. Tiramisu is outstanding♥️
When I look for Italian, I'm looking for homemade and unique. While Tuscano has a couple unique recipes, it was standard Italian. Portions were not too big or too small. Wish they included salad with meal. It's such a small cost that it adds value to the meals. It was clean and service was great but I probably won't be back.
The service was great and everyone liked their meal, with the exception of the Veal Marsala which lacked any flavor at all.
This hidden jewel tucked into a corner of a shopping center serves terrific Italian food at very reasonable prices. Wine selection is limited but more than adequate, and it was surprising to get a decent glass for only $10. Families with children are welcome and the dress code is relaxed. People are driving from downtown Austin to eat here because of the quality and prices. Highly recommended. Wait staff is friendly and eager to please.
We had a great, early dinner. The food was excellent and service was friendly and helpful.
This was our first time eating there off the menu. Food was fantastic and our server was energetic and friendly.
I visited this past Sunday with my wife and son and spent just under $100, including the tip. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not match the price.
If you’re new to Italian cuisine, this place might serve as a decent introduction. But if you’ve had truly good Italian food before, you’ll likely find this spot disappointing.
It started with the appetizer — we ordered the fried mozzarella, and while the outside was warm, the inside was cold and underwhelming. For our entrées, we each ordered different dishes: I had the combo platter, my son had the lemon chicken, and my wife ordered a pasta dish (I can’t recall the name). Sadly, all of them had a strange, off-putting taste, almost as if the meats had been previously frozen and reheated. The pastas lacked flavor, and the sauces were bland and forgettable.
If you’re going to charge premium prices, the food should reflect that. Instead, this felt more like low-quality, rushed Italian fare. If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Italian food, I would not recommend this restaurant.
The food was not good, vegetables taste like they were reheated a lot of times chicken parmesan taste as a chicken breast you can bought in costco premade. The place smella a lot as humidity. For the prices they have I was expecting something made in place. But the service is good.

I’ve been coming to Tuscano’s for 6 months now and always have a wonderful experience.
Our favorite server Abby is amazing, always very attentive and does a great job of taking care of our table.
She knows the menu like the back of her hand and is always willing to make a recommendation.
Don’t get me started on her wine pairing…impeccable!
What truly made our night memorable, though, was the exceptional service. Summer and Abbi were absolutely phenomenal. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for. They both wore the most beautiful, radiant smiles that lit up the room and added a personal touch to our experience that we won’t soon forget.
In a world where great service is becoming harder to find, Summer and Abbi reminded us what true hospitality looks like. We left Tuscanos not only full and happy, but already planning our next visit. If you're in the Cedar Park area, do yourself a favor and experience Tuscanos — you won’t be disappointed!
Abby is the best!!!!
Everything was awesome, our server Abbi was the best.
From the moment we walked in, Abbi made us feel like honored guests. Her service was nothing short of amazing—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect, and her thoughtful recommendations made all the difference.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Each dish was bursting with authentic Italian flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. From the fresh pasta to the decadent desserts, it was clear that every ingredient was chosen with care.
And the ambiance—simply wonderful. The space was inviting and cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Tuscanos is the kind of place where you want to linger a little longer, just to soak it all in.
Abbigail helped turn a great night into an unforgettable one. Highly recommend!
