AMAZING. We ordered sushi and Korean food and my Korean mother gave her seal of approval. Everything was so fresh, presentation was A+++, and Kristine was the sweetest and most attentive server, please ask for her. The sushi chef here is a really well known and experienced chef, and he is also incredibly kind. We will be back 100%.

What happened to the quality? Ordered the calamari tempura for delivery and received little bits of squid covered in thick chewy batter.
Christine was our server and very friendly, and attentive with out being over bearing. Food was excellent!!

Wonderful service, we have had the same lovely young women be our server 3 times. She is friendly, fast and makes great recommendations from the menu. The sushi is fresh and the rolls are creative without being over complicated.

When I lived in Cedar Park, this aas my favorite sushi place. I really think they have some of the best rolls, I would always get the Dragon roll, and some other random one. Everytime time it consistently tasted amazing.
The decor of the restaurant wasn't the best, and I would say avoid the ramen, but the Sushi and Galbi plates were always solid.

Umiya is a neighborhood staple but we haven't been in a while. My kids were wanting sushi whereas I was wanting Korean food so we chose Umiya tonight.
The service was fast and friendly, our waitress Kristine was amazing. She was friendly, extremely attentive, and took great care of us.
The food was extremely good, zero complaints. The steamed gyoza was high quality, the miso soup is some of the best in the area, and every roll...especially the spicy tuna roll...was very good.
The ambiance was very nice as well. Umiya is neighborhood favorite of ours and I recommend everyone try it out.

VERY GOOD. If you are visiting, or if you’re a local (like me) this is a go-to spot. Prices are good, sushi is good, ramen is good, and miso soup is good. The miso soup is probably the best miso soup I’ve ever had.

I gotta say this has to be one of the worst sushi I ever had. Here's a tip, if you don't have edible avocado don't use it anyway. You filled 4 rolled with avocado that isn't ripe for consumption. I won't even get into the quality of the fish. You won't last with such low standards. Good luck!

This is the second location I went to. The first one was in Leander. I’d say it’s an alright spot but both locations didn’t seem very clean inside. Ok food and quality but not amazing. It’s just a chill spot.
