I heard that Vista Ridge Grill was serving Chicago Italian Beefs . I’ve passed by several times but decided today to give it a try . Born and raised In Chicago near Wrigley Field , home of the Cubs , I’ve had my share of good Beefs . Moving and working far away it’s been a long dry spell of getting a hold of a good Italian Beef , but my dry spell is over as TJ and the Vista Ridge grill put together the most authentic and delicious Italian Beef I’ve had in many a year ....
