Honestly it's really bad. McDonald's I promise is more edible than this unseasoned meat and frozen everything. Nothing is fresh. Long wait time while they cook your food. I had to peel the second party off my burger it was so flavorless. 3$ for a drink 5$ for a fry and 10$ for a burger with no bacon. 19$?!?!? For a meal?!? And the food is tasteless???? I gotta be on a prank show

Love coming here. Staff is always really nice and helpful. Today Addie did a really great job. Had an issue with the Coke Zero coming from the machine that my husband wanted. She took the time to try the drinks herself then went back to the back and found that there was Cherry Coke hooked to the Coke Zero line. After fixing it, she ran the line before bringing my husband a brand new Coke Zero and having him make sure it tasted exactly as it should.

I love this place! At least once a week, I order from this place. Honestly, my favorite is the chicken. And they put so many fries in the bag, that it fed several people in my office. I love this place!

They have good food. The prices are higher then a fast food burger place but worth the price they are about $10 and can go up if you super customize it, I mean like lots of extras. But it seems everything is pretty customizable so you can definitely get what you want and shakes are awesome. And the tots are good to.

Tried Wayback Burgers for the first time and wasn't disappointed. The service was great - everyone was very friendly! The restaurant (including the bathrooms :-) was very clean. They have a great selection of specialty items on the menu but you can also build your own. Our food came out hot and fresh! I read the other reviews about the quality of food not being up to par, but we did not have this experience at all. We were ready to dig in, so the pictures aren't great, but the food was!!
We came in today for the grand opening special BOGO classic burger and they were delicious! I had cheddar cheese & BF had swiss. Other than that, we didn't change a thing. They were so good!!! We also got a large order of tater tots & they were crispy & delightful!!! The service was very friendly & helpful! They had a gal there doing face painting today which looked like fun! They have free wifi with the password - just ask. We will definitely be back again!

My husband really wanted to try Wayback Burgers. I had been to a different location about six months ago which was very underwhelming, but thought I'd give this new location a chance. It wasn't busy when we arrived, only two other couples were there, already seated. Placing our order was a bit slow for just two burgers and Cajun tots, but I'm always willing to be patient at this stage to get the order entered correctly. We checked the receipt the cashier gave us, and everything was noted correctly. We chose a table and waited. And waited. And waited. At first, I wondered if our order had been lost, but it was taking a really long time for others to get their food as well. At the 20 minute mark, my husband remarked that for the price and the time it was taking for the food, we could have gone to a sit-down restaurant. After 25 minutes, the cashier brought our food to us. Both burgers were wrong. The cashier offered to fix it, which turned out to be scraping off the onions and tomato and putting the remaining items on a different bun with about six tablespoons of mayo, and now the burger is completely cold. The Cajun tots that my husband had wanted to try were slightly warmer than room temperature, not fresh or hot, with sooooo much Cajun seasoning on them that they were inedible because they were so salty. We both love spicy, but it was as if they just dumped half a container of Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning on top of tots that had been cooked an hour earlier. The menu says they are supposed to come with remoulade sauce for dipping, but there wasn't any with ours. All in all, $30+ for an order for two burgers and tots that took 25+ minutes when it wasn't busy, was still made wrong and some of which couldn't be eaten, is a No Go for us.

I'm always on the hunt for a great vegetarian/vegan burger so I chose the Impossible Melt. The picture looked decadent and cheesy so I was sold. The ordering process was a bit of a challenge, the cashier seemed very new and unfamiliar with how everything worked. We were patient and finally got the order placed. Food came out pretty quick and the manager brought us our order. I was not disappointed with my choice. The burger had great flavor and the cheese sauce was spicy and delicious. Fries were crispy and hot. Side note-my husband noticed that the cashier didn't ring up the meal price so he questioned the manager who immediately made it right. He even gave us a coupon for a future meal. Despite service being hit or miss, I'd go back.
