I really just don’t understand why when a customer comes in through the door, staff just looks at them… no greeting no nothing. Like this is utterly mind blowing and annoying at this point. Literally 3 female associates saw me and two made eye contact with me and just simply turned their heads away. Please get it together and do better, and train your staff correctly because it’s seriously so unprofessional and distasteful.

We ordered our food at the drive thru. Got to the window and the guy act confused and we had to tell him the whole order again.. all it was, was 2 biggie bags with double stack. And acting as if it was funny and also joking around. And some woman that worked there was in the back just staring at us like a weirdo. We didn’t even attempt to get the food. Weird people work there and wouldn’t trust their food. If I could put 0 stars I’d put 0 ?

The girl running the drive through at night needs a new job. Ignored anything I said and still forgot my whole order. When I pulled around to get it right (because they Locked the doors) she gave me dirty looks and said something to her coworker the entire time I was there and as I pulled away.YOU DID THE JOB WRONG NOT ME. If you call that customer service I hate to see when you’re not trying. If you hate your job that much go somewhere else.
9/21 around 11pm. Dry burger and bun, they forgot to put condiments on it so it was even drier. “We are out of Frosty.” Are you though? Are. You. This location is bottom of the barrel in service and quality.

We ordered two 20 piece nuggets, a double stack no onion or pickle, a spicy chicken sandwich combo, and a Dave's Double. The only correct item was the Spicy sandwhich combo. And even then the bread was tough and clearly had been sitting around for a while. The nuggets were the worst- We ordered 2 standard 20 piece nugget and they asked if we wanted sauce. We assumed they meant normal packets of sauce like you can order in any place across the country so we said BBQ. They were apparently talking about some kind of gross pre-sauce covered nuggets? Who wants that? WHY???? SO they can get soggy before you come home to eat them? What if I didn't want BBQ on every piece? I would give it 0 if I could, everything was wrong, everything was gross, truly I don't understand why they're even open if this is what they're going to serve.

Management, if you are responsible for the performance of this location, please wake up and look in on it. It seems that nobody is held accountable for this location. The corner of the store with the (non-working) drink dispenser is flooded, no one mopped up the major slip hazard from the flooded area right near the couter where orders are taken. The condiment bins are empty and trashed, ketchup dispenser gross and nonfunctional, food on the floor and tables. Is anyone paying attention?
