Messed up my very small order again. Par for the course at this location. I wrote this location off a while back...they reminded me why. Person working the drive thru has marbles in their mouth.

I would not go back. I asked the cashier about items on the menu. (The fusion frosty) she seemed annoyed that I was asking her questions. She summoned her manager who then gave me an attitude. Instead of helping me she was acting like she needed to protect this girl with poor customer service skills.

Apparently they don’t do the frosty in a chocolate vanilla swirl anymore!! Stupid! I guess I’ll go to Dairy Queen!!

Went here for lunch and after I had gotten back to work, I noticed at the bottom of my sweet tea that there was mold floating around. I contacted wendys corporate and they left me on read so I want others to know that this location doesn't clean their kitchen properly if at all and be aware that there's mold in it.

Ordered a classic chicken sandwich and got a spicy chicken sandwich. The fries tasted like they were under the heat lamp for 1.5 hours. This is the 2nd time in as many weeks that they have messed up my order.

I really just don’t understand why when a customer comes in through the door, staff just looks at them… no greeting no nothing. Like this is utterly mind blowing and annoying at this point. Literally 3 female associates saw me and two made eye contact with me and just simply turned their heads away. Please get it together and do better, and train your staff correctly because it’s seriously so unprofessional and distasteful.
