One of my employees grabbed lunch here and there was a cockroach smashed on the receipt that was taped to the bag. Luckily he didn't open the food but I am never going to eat there again.

2 Stars because they usually do good, Tonight though there was only 1 person in front of me which led to a 25 minute wait for my biggie bag? Everything was stone cold when i got it also, you would think if I'm waiting that long the food is at least fresh.

Anytime I order food for my kids it's fresh so I decided to try it for myself. However, that was a mistake. My food was cold. Sad part is I waited a few minutes for no reason just to receive cold food.

i usually come here 3-4 times a week. the food is always fresh but the service is terrible there is always a younger teenage girl and boy. they always take a really long time to make the food. no matter what time in the afternoon or day you come they say no frostes, teas, or anything is available. etc. also not sure if they are aware others can hears them he is always swearing around the other workers and customers. including today. 8/15

Not too great customer service. The lady with the long black hair wasnt very friendly, she didn't speak much but she was looking at me like I had nine heads when I asked for dipping sauce (happily charged for it). Probably won't be going back to this one.

Literally just left i asked a question about the double burgers had no lights on the menu so i couldn't see and he was calling us bru and very rude ... Very upset because this was my first time going there
Messed up my very small order again. Par for the course at this location. I wrote this location off a while back...they reminded me why. Person working the drive thru has marbles in their mouth.

I would not go back. I asked the cashier about items on the menu. (The fusion frosty) she seemed annoyed that I was asking her questions. She summoned her manager who then gave me an attitude. Instead of helping me she was acting like she needed to protect this girl with poor customer service skills.

Apparently they don’t do the frosty in a chocolate vanilla swirl anymore!! Stupid! I guess I’ll go to Dairy Queen!!
Employees were not willing to help at the front counter. & seemed like the only one who could speak English was the manager. NOT a good experience.
